Battry trimmers are great i have the bewalt know a few outhers who have them they like them know a couple people who have millwalkies they like them and couple who have worx they like

How’s your weed trimmer now? Mine now is in the trash. The ball bearing housing supporting the armature busted which caused the motor to spin gritty until it finally seized. It’s a piece of junk that you will find out yourself later.Return and have a refund if you still can

Mine is still doing great. No issues at all yet. You may have gotten one that had something done or made wrong. I see strange things happen with new equipment all the time like bearings going out after just a couple hours of use etc.

@@Mechanical_Mind great to know. I’m on the Dewalt platform too, which now makes me worry about the durability of the bearings on these all of my unit. I use them for my woodworking hobby and of course yard work. Wife loved the yellow n black vs the red n white. From table saw, routers, miter saw, biscuit cutters, 6 different impact and drill drivers, grinders, jigsaws, power washers and 20+ more all with Tool Connect chips which by the way is totally worthless. The diagnostics it offers is junk and service centers are no where near me. Totally disappointing. I take care of all my tools and well organized on T stacks and tough system 2.0. Just venting my frustrations bro. Good thing I didn’t bought their 0 turn lawnmower to replace my gas engine Toro.

DEWALT 20V MAX 14” String Trimmer has a nice folding handle to fit in the trash. It the worst thing Dewalt ever made. Other DEWALT tools I really like and very happy with them. However the DEWALT DCST922 20V XR Brushless 14" String Trimmer worst tool DEWALT ever made ,don't waste you money on it.

That made me laugh about it fitting nicely into a trash can. 🤣 What happened to yours? Mine is still working great.
