Yes it does, it means that his alt is banned and he played on another alt which got banned for ban evading then he played on his main which got banned for ban evading the van evading ban

He didn’t get boosted zolks wasn’t cheating. He was banned because he accidentally got boosted a year ago in mini walls and his alt got banned then he tried to play in this tournament which is technically ban evasion
