Five top tips to paint a watercolour rose

I've got five top tips for you on how to paint brilliant watercolour roses. The loose watercolour rose is one of my most requested tutorials so I thought I would break it down into these easy tips before painting a full new botanical study.

You are an incredible teacher! I've just finally got round to the roses, not my favorite flower. I follow a handful of youtube watercolorists, never quite satisfied. Most just paint "loose" as an excuse to be mediocre, IMHO. I was so happy to find your channel! I've been painting up a storm the last month and my art shows improvement. Thank you! Your books are also detailed and informative. Many readings of each will be required. Your style is a delight.
