I try to make a yearly visit to the Naismith Basketball Hall of Fame. If you haven't been there go. If you love basketball you will love ❤ it. I hope they add more and more to it . More interactive stuff. My oldest son and I love it. Catch a game in Boston while you're there. I did. Being from New York I'm a Knicks fan. Scored 2 second row seats for $150. To go even further with the basket, they never cut the bottom out til later in the games evolution. And the ball was more like a medicine ball was, and had a lace where the leather bladder came together alot like a modern day football. Lovin' the footage! Great personality!

the reason the ball was like that with the stiching is because spalding/wilson first made a ball that was a american football and the first basketball they made was inspired by them and so they used the stiching
