I was really excited about this armor, a full rig at around 10lbs, that’s awesome. Then I saw the price...not worth it when it costs 2-3 times what the average is these days. Would be an amazing deal if they could get it down around $800-1k.

I notice anywhere I find this carrier it says "Designed to work with Dfndr plates". Is there any measurable difference between their plates and any other brand that would make the carrier incompatible with other plates?
