As soon as DHA gives possession of plots, we will pay all our pending dues. This is very unfair that DHA is not giving possession from last 16 years and is threatening the affecttees to cancel the plots. DHA made our life miserable. Still DHA Expressway is NOT ready. All people who are in a position to pay the charges will surely pay. But all affecttees are not in same position. DHA should understand the situation of people who are not having money to pay SDC and Escalation Charges.

Sir, totally agreed with you. Past is past so let's move forward & every member should clear all the dues because no one can do the dev. work without money. Remember Dha-7 (valley) future is bright so don't miss the opportunities.

Last date for the installment plan is November 2024 why they want to cancle best thing i paid in $ so they give me my doller back even first paper we signed it says it includes development charges then they changed

@@sheikhfayyaz5913 sb. No doubt it's delayed but dha-7 (valley) members are still lucky because 5 marla plot cost them 17 Lacs (including all charges) & 8 marla in 25 Lacs only. * 5 marla (Dha-2) 155 Lacs. * 5 marla (Dha-3) 105 Lacs. * 5 marla (Dha-5) 120 lacks.

I am retired overseas pakistani & booked my plot in 2008 & paid the money in us dollars. شیخ صاحب میں تو خود آپ لوگوں کی طرح ایک متاثرہ شخص ہوں لیکن صبر کر رہا ہوں کیونکہ اللہ سبحانہ وتعالیٰ کا فرمان ہے کہ جب مشکل وقت آ جائے تو صبر سے کام لو اور صبر کا پھل ہمیشہ میٹھا ہوتا ہے۔ اللہ سبحانہ وتعالیٰ سے دعا ہے کہ وہ ہم سب کو صبر کرنے والوں میں شامل فرمائیں اور ہر حال میں اپنا شکر گزار رہنے کی توفیق عطا فرمائیں۔
