Good nutshell. And ya, you seem to have summed it up perfectly, no justice, no closure. By the way, this seems to be an adaptation, or rather a different take on the story of the movie Talash, Kareena Kapoor wali. That film was probably a lot more interesting than this one seems to be. Atleast there was a sense of justice, or closure to that.
