She used her looks to get what she wanted and it worked, but it’s still wrong. That part can come back to you playing that game. But compared to personality if you’re always nice to people the same thing can work, but you don’t act desperate about it, you don’t beg, you just always treat them with kindness, because then a lot of those times you can get those things you want in life. That part won’t get back to you in a bad way, more like a good and better way, because of the good personality you have.

The audition portion of this video reminds me GREATLY of the directors of the drama department at my high school. They’re very biased and choose the SAME people every year for the lead roles, unless they’ve already graduated. They don’t look for talent, they look for the teacher’s pets. They don’t care if they actually do well or not. It’s not going to change anything. I SWEAR they ONLY have auditions to find their ensemble. The last 3 years I was in high school, I got NOTHING but an ensemble role no matter how well my audition was. I had the entire shows memorized too. No to mention, the first 2 years, the Seniors looked down on everyone else like they were better than us. Then the second year, they went as far to LABEL the dressing room as THEIRS and wouldn’t let anyone go in there. They forced the rest of the cast (especially the lowest of lows, the ensemble.) to fit in cramped makeshift dressing rooms. The leads also got special privileges. The directors treated us like lowly cast members too.
