...oh indeed, one feels adequately inclined to acquiesce with your viewpoint. Much the same as listening to the rather splendid Steve Wright In The Afternoon on Radio 2...he'll quite often see fit to give air-space to a song which up to that moment had not came within hearing distance of one's earholes, plus songs one hadn't thought of for many yonks! 🎩

Sampled from the original "Daydream" by Wallace collection , a Belgian psychadelic band from 1969
@JJDvorshak4 жыл бұрын
I found the original while not having realized I've probably heard it in Mr. Robot months before. It's not just the series. I find all 60s harmonic music oddly nostalgic. I guess it goes back to Carpenter's Village Of The Damned somehow. I'm not sure. In any case, I did not know they were Belgian. The singer seemed fairly Scottish to me.

The fact that the synthesized vocal sections are so short leaves you wanting more. That's how a perfect crescendo is executed. You climax a song, but then don't wear out the good parts so as to accentuate the climax. Great structure and class to this composition!

This song takes me back to when I was 7 years old, and the ad for then new Ford Focus ST came out. In orange, a brilliant ad with such a kick ass soundtrack. Made me crave for that car back then. And 15 years later, an orange Focus ST225 is still in my dream car garage

A few years ago a friend showed me this song, and though times have changed things, every time I hear this song it brings me back to my 18 year old self and that feeling..... anyway just bought this on orange vinyl with very cool art, do reccomend the rest of the album.

It's strange this whole album sounds like a theme for a dangerous, mysterious nerd character looking ordinary while hiding his badass secrets somehow... I'm addicted to the vibe

This song was stuck in my head after a spiritual attack dream of control if you didn’t deny Yahusha or if you went against the system period they put you to sleep like a punishment like a prison sentence. Someone kept helping me escape but I would get caught everytime. It was unspoken words feeling of the longer you resist the longer you stay under sleep paralysis.. cause that’s what it felt like until I called on God and asked him to wake me up and I did and this song was playing in my head hadn’t even listened to it in a long time. Plus I look up at the title where the neveroddoreven. Now I’m spooked. Repent guys stay strong and stay in the holy faith. Yahusha bless you all!!! It’s tough out here but we gone make i!!

hey hey, here a lyric for those who want. Daydream I fell asleep amid the flowers For a couple of hours, on a beautiful dayDaydream I dream of you amid the flowers for a couple of hours, such a beautiful dayI dream a dirty dream of you baby You're crawling on the bathroom floor You float around the room and you're naked Then you're flying out the bedroom door I dream a dirty dreamI dream a dirty dreamDaydream I fell asleep amid the flowers for a couple of hours, on a beautiful day Daydream I dream of you amid the flowers For a couple of hours, such a beautiful day.I dream a dirty dream of you baby You're swinging from the chandelier I'm climbing up the walls 'cause i want you But when I reach you, you disappear I dream a dirty dreamI dream a dirty dreamI dirty dream I dirty dream I dirty dream DreamDaydream I fell asleep amid the flowers For a couple of hours, on a beautiful dayDaydream I dream of you amid the flowers For a couple of hours, such a beautiful dayDaydream I fell asleep amid the flowers For a couple of hours, on a beautiful dayDaydream I dream of you amid the flowers For a couple of hours, such a beautiful day
