One thing, they paved the place not accounting where all that water will go? Real estate designs come down to one thing, drainage for all Storm and sewage but in Runda right now is different from mathare. All the sewage from poorly constricted septic tanks has mixed up with storm water. They like it cheap, no wonder the nation's best all speaking in darkness.
