I regularly buy stuff from Amazon Japan who use DHL and it is the most successful partnership in the world in my opinion. Once DHL has picked up the package it arrives on my doorstep two days later without fail. There is one odd thing though and that is if it is shipped from Tokyo and leaves from Narita airport it flies direct to London Heathrow and ends up in my hands within 24 hours, whereas all other locations in Japan fly to Hong Kong then Leipzig and then either East Midlands or Luton airports. Only delays delivery by a day though.

DON'T ever have anything shipped to Canada. They told me I had to drive over 200 miles to pick up my package. Finally, I had to have a different courier ship it.

Most courer warehouses have short term random rotating shift workers. I highly doubt that's a great place to work. Maybe in Germany exclusively where they are treated better. The worst part is the Teamsters Unions take more in dues than you pay in income taxes.

Try getting something from norway (oslo) to germany and you'll never complain again. It is around 30-35 euros for a tiny 10*20*3cm parcel.

Not in America. It's a horrible place to work. Random rotating shift work on short term contracts. Few benefits and you can be canned for no reason. Then again most jobs are getting worst and worse with less benefits and worse working conditions. Only in Europe may they be improving.

DHL didn't impress me when my package sat in their warehouse for a week. Some roadwork was going on by my house the DHL driver refused to deliver it. I had to go pick it up from their depot. To make it worse, the regional manager promised to investigate and call me but she never did even after I left 2 messages.

En Portugal es lo mismo. También trabajo para DHL en un subcontrato y quieren que haga el trabajo de dos días en uno. Sin mencionar que los subcontratistas están altamente esclavizados para que los empleados de DHL ganen sus altas comisiones por las metas alcanzadas. Dicen que es la mejor empresa para trabajar, pero solo si es para los que pertenecen a la plantilla de la empresa. Crecer a costa del esfuerzo de los demás es fácil, pero valorar ese esfuerzo es lo difícil.

Why does DHL air flights can't re-route directly from USA to Mauritius ? Why does it have to dance all the way to Europe or hubs. My parcel right now is all over the European continent 🤣 UK, Germany, France, then it goes to Asia Dubai then finally to me(Mauritius). Damn its been 9 days already🙄🙄 still waiting. I hate this thing, there should be a Direct flight from USA to Africa.

8 августа сего года мой приятель имел неосторожность отправить мне из Германии три диска для Sony Playstation посредством Deutche Post AG.Сами по себе диски стоили мне 30 евро и пересылка - ещё 20 евро.Сегодня уже 3 ноября.Дисков я так и не увидел.Подозреваю,что диски были так хороши,что кто то из сотрудников компании DHL подумал -" Возьму-ка я их себе?Вещь- то хорошая."Раньше это называлось - украл.Сейчас это называется - Они потерялись.Забавно,что DHL,как порядочная компания,игнорирует мои вопросы по поводу истории,которая стоила мне 50 евро.

A dhl em mocambique e uma vergonha, cobram ao cliente no local do destino tambem sendo que a encomenda ja foi paga para chegar em casa da pessoa. Eu nao recomendo. Tive pessima experiencia com essa empresa. Vou pagar mas sempre que poder ajudar outros a se livrarem de burlas com a dhl em mocambique direi mesma coisa, nao escolha dhl. Voce vai se arrepender...
