After this news broke out, NDTV released a statement stating that the takeover wasn't legal, and was attributed to a loan argument made a decade ago. There is a back-and-forth situation between NDTV and the Adani Group. Adani has brought the shares from Ambani as he is the owner of VCPL which has owned NDTV 29% shares from Roy's RRPR in 2009 So if we see Ravish Kumar was earlier working under Ambani So Dhruv Rathee is also paid to hide this fact.

Excellent research. I am a regular viewer of your videos, but never had I felt so angry inside listening about how the voice of NDTV is being strangulated by the Adani group. You have shown few ways how NDTV can retain its independent status, but as a conscious citizen I strongly feel there is another way which is completely in our hands - viewers, if this hostile takeover is completed, then we should ban NDTV, stop watching this channel no matter what, its viewership will decline fast, it won't get any advertisement as a result, and the channel will go into loss and Adani will have to close it down or give it back. If we people of India can get united against this kind of atrocity, then we can bring massive change in any area.

What truly surprises me is that why the Roys did not repay their interest-free loan of almost Rs. 400 crores, so as to take back the 29% equity of NDTV that was pledged against that very loan ? Since 2015, there were rumours and speculations, that Ambani might claim that 29% stake in NDTV against that loan. Eventually Ambani was instructed by the Modi regime to use Adani for the same. Subsequently who lost :- the viewers, the public. Now in India, there isn't a single TV channel that could become the voice of poor and middle-class Indians. If one Ravish Kumar can shake the foundation of BJP, then imagine what could be achieved by many Ravish Kumars ? May God bless India.

They criticize Modi for his wrongs and other side ravish never did this for wrongs of upa or gandhi family since 12 years. Holding 76% in national herald by gandhis is ok? Adani baught ndtv shares from open market. you too van buy any numbber of free float shares of any compaany and acquire the power. Ravish hides this and presents wrong message. Young Inda acquired national herald for nothing and its worth is more than 5000 crore. Gandhi family was and is looting India since 1947. Making railleys against ED enquiries which fixes them behind bars. I think this will open your eyes.
