Our islamic values suggest 1/3 rd food, 1/3rd water, 1/3rd left for air. This is how one should fill the stomach. Then sit on floor while eating and chew slowly and eat with hands. Eat only when u are hungry. Don't drink water after meal. It's simple living high thinking. This method helped me to loose weight easily without stress.

Starting off from today 21 july Weight :- 85.6kg Will update on 21 august ✔ Update(21 august) :- So it's been 1 month since I accepted this challenge, but i failed this challenge miserably, due to festivals and family functions stuff, I had to consume trans fat sugger maida stuff But i still did control myself, so i just got better then I was before, also I used to do 20-25 mins workout daily with this challenge, and yes this all did work for me to a certain extent I am accepting this challenge again, and will provide another update on 21 setptember... 21 august Weight:- 83.2kg Will update again on 21st September ✔

Today 23rd of August I have completed 30 days challenge and it works very well I have lost 6 kg . At starting I was 77 kg but now I am 71 kg . So I will continue it further to get a slim body. please help me with the following questions as they didnt get answered : i am a 16 year old 5'9 boy who weighs 75kg,i wanna lose weight and i want to be leaner and stronger...i have been going to the gym since 3 months and have noted increase in strength but only 2 kg weight loss....i have a very bad diet as i eat fast food 4 days in a week.... i drink around 750ml milk daily,is it okay or not?and why?how much milk should i consume daily for it to be healthy? how much protein should i eat daily to build muscles and even get leaner? does eating soya regularly cause hormonal imbalance? how to get a jawline? how should i complete my protein goal while on a calorie deficit? and some tips to lose fat and gain muscles (good foods you would suggest)

@@yobcastle7859 The multiplier for maintenance calories after finding the BMR is one small step. But he's not incorrect. He said that BMR is the number of calories he'll burn even if he does nothing. Though nutrition science is a vast field, he's done a fine job in this short video.

I like how he makes certain comments such as recommending people to not bargain with the street vendors buying groceries, instead save the money spent on fast food. I also appreciate the tone he uses- the way our family or friends make suggestions. Dhruv. with due respect, i dont think you had to ever consider about weightloss. Your phenotype is Exomorph. Thats why the video you have made has a lot of scientific knowledge but for most of the people it is not sustainable. what every one needs to understand is how hormones especially insulin effects our weight. also exercise has very little role in weightloss and can be conterproductive for weightloss too. yeah. hard to believe, but you can research about it.
