Dhruv, I guess you could have added one more point here, when nearly 3000kg heroin worth nearly Rs. 21000Cr was seized at mudra port owned by Adani group in gujrat. Then what all actions have been taken by NCB or Media? This is just a dirty game of BJP and media to distract the focus from Lakhimpur and other serious issues such as inflation, unemployment petrol prizes in the country. Portugal example is the right way to deal with drugs menace. Consumers should be treated as patients who need rehabilitation center and not Jail whereas suppliers and drug exporters should be treated with iron hand. Unfortunately in India everything is politicised and actual culprits seldom get punished.
