Thank you! You can totally use it! Unfortunately I only made it to use with my cheer team so I don’t have an actual download website available but you should be able to just copy and paste the URL into any KZfaq to MP3 converter to turn it into a music file. I know some people have used screen record in the past as well:)

Hello! I remixed this myself, so it's just basic songs spliced together and sped up/edited so it's not copyright cleared or anything like that. I made it for the high school team I was coaching and you're totally welcome to use it as well, I just know sometimes competition teams have more strict policies regarding copyright and music purchases so that may be of concern for you!

I need help. I’m looking for mixes and this one is being considered but i also have to put together a choreography. Any helpful tips for someone who’s never put together a routine before? 😭

Hi there! I do have a video on my channel of my old cheer team performing this and it's kind of hard to see but you're welcome to check it out for some inspiration! I also found it helpful when first starting to look up videos from people teaching choreography and find bits and pieces I liked and either add on or modify them to fit with what I was picturing. Ultimately, with whatever music you pick I'd recommend just listening to it, maybe even with your eyes closed and just try to picture yourself dancing to it and see what feels right:)
