🟢材料:
雞1隻
薑、蔥適量
鹽焗雞粉1包(30g)
🟢步驟:
1️⃣ 將雞去內臟洗淨,用1至2茶匙鹽內外抹勻。
2️⃣ 用米酒抹勻雞的全身,吊起吹乾半小時(吹乾可讓雞肉吸收鹽焗雞粉更好和避免煮完太多雞汁,不吹乾也可以)。
3️⃣ 把鹽焗雞粉內外抹勻全雞。
4️⃣ 飯煲底舖上薑片,放入蔥段。
5️⃣ 把雞放入飯煲中,電飯煲按煮飯模式,煮至完成。
6️⃣ 完成後,把雞放略為放涼,斬件上碟即可享用。
📌備注:不同牌子電飯煲功能或有不同,請因應電飯煲的功能作適當調整。
🟢Ingredients:
Chicken - 1 whole
Ginger - as needed
Spring onions - as needed
Salt-baked Chicken Seasoning - 1 packet (30g)
🟢Cooking Directions:
1️⃣ Clean the chicken and remove its innards, then rub 1-2 teaspoons of salt all over the inside and outside of the chicken.
2️⃣ Rub the chicken with rice wine evenly, then hang it up and let it air dry for half an hour (air drying helps the chicken absorb the salt-baked chicken seasoning better and prevents excessive chicken juices after cooking, but it's also fine if not air dried).
3️⃣ Rub salt-baked chicken powder inside and outside of the chicken.
4️⃣ Place ginger slices and spring onions segments on the bottom of the rice cooker.
5️⃣ Place the chicken in the rice cooker, press the cooking mode button, and cook until done.
6️⃣ After cooking, let the chicken cool a bit, then chop it into pieces and serve.
📌 Note: Different brands of rice cookers may have different functions, so please adjust accordingly based on the functions of your rice cooker.
