毛姐酸種棄種香蕉黑朱古力鬆餅 🍌🍫🧁
材料:
1. 160克 中筋麵粉
2. 5克 肉桂粉
3. 小量 肉荳蔻
4. 1茶匙 小蘇打
5. 1茶匙 蘇打粉
6. 1⁄2茶匙 鹽
7. x2 香蕉
8. 120克 酸麵團棄種
9. x2 雞蛋
10. 1茶匙 雲呢拿香草精
11. 115克 無鹽牛油(室溫)
12. 300克 阿洛酮糖
13. 100克 無糖100%黑巧克力粒
方法:
● 預熱焗爐190°C
● 混合所有乾材料,中筋麵粉,肉桂,肉荳蔻,小蘇打,蘇打粉和鹽
● 在另一個碗裡,用叉子搗碎香蕉
● 加入棄種麵團
● 加入雞蛋和香草精
● 將這些濕材料混合在一起
● 用攪拌機將黃油和糖拌勻
● 將拌勻的黃油和糖加入濕材料中,並用攪拌機充分攪拌
● 將已混合的乾材料分成兩部分拌入濕材料混合
● 加入朱古力粒

Mo’s Sourdough Discard Choco-Banana Muffins 🍌🍫🧁
Ingredients:
1. 160g all purpose flour
2. 5g cinnamon
3. Small pinch Nutmeg
4. 1tsp Baking soda
5. 1tsp Baking powder
6. 1⁄2 tsp Salt
7. x2 Bananas
8. 120g Sourdough discard
9. x2 Eggs
10. 1tsp Vanilla Extract
11. 115g Unsalted butter (room temperature)
12. 300g Allulose
13. 100g Unsweetened 100% dark chocolate chips
Method:
● Preheat oven to 190°C
● Combine all dry ingredients - all-purpose flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, baking soda, baking powder and salt
● In another bowl, mash bananas with a fork
● Pour the sourdough discard into it
● Add in the eggs and the vanilla extract
● Mix the wet ingredients together
● Mix butter and sugar well with a mixer
● Add the butter and sugar mixture into the wet ingredients, and mix them well with the mixer
● Divide the dry ingredients in two parts
● Fold in the dry ingredients until just incorporated
● Add in chocolate chips
● Scoop the muffin batter into the muffin tin
● Bake at 190°C for 18mins
