Turns out you don't need much:
- no ubers required
- not a single GA
- 40.5% cdr
- 48.9% attack speed bonus (in character stats)
- 54.3% pyro attack speed
- with moonrise aspect, potion and rapid = 168.2% total attack speed
- rank 5 flame shield with 62.3% duration increase from tempers
- rank 11 firebolt
- 3 max level 21 glyphs, and 4 at level 15 still
- paragon board in the guide

with this setup 40.5% cdr with 167% attack speed breakpoint and 3.9s flame shield duration
