No, you do not need INSANE gear and BILLIONS of gold to play firebolt. In fact, you can do it with:
- 0 uber uniques
- 0 greater affixes
- only 4/12 masterworking
- underleveled glyphs
- missing aspects on gear
- dead stats on items
Key stats:
- cooldown reduction: 37.1%
- attack speed in character stats: 29.9%
- total attack speed including potion, moonrise, rapid, pyro: 136.5%
- flame shield cd: 12.58 sec
- flame shield duration: 4.65 sec
It didn't take me long nor much gold at all to put together this super budget version which is very playable even at relatively high pit levels (for this gear level). And from this starting point it would be easy to farm some better gear and speed things up.
So, if you want to give the absolute best Sorc build of Season 4 a try, go for it.

Dear Damz, it's okay, I've been following your videos, I understand that the build works with approximately 60% cdr and 70% attack speed, but I would like to understand where the damage comes from and what the average damage is, my damage is very low , thanks for sharing the build.

@@MateusMachado12 Damage comes mainly from Flameweaver buffing Firebolts into big groups of stacked mobs, Fireball, either cast or through the enchantment from mobs dying, turning the stacked dot dmg from Firebolt into direct dmg, which puts dmg into shatter to aoe everything, scaling exponentially with the number of grouped mobs.

@@hcdamz Yes, I understand everything, but there is a hole in my build, I can only use evading as a teleport 2 times in a row, even with the appearance and boots with cdr for that, I can't keep teleporting with evade without stopping to gather mobs and explode them, Then if you want to take a look at my doll mateusavmach#2959

@@alessiocosta8714 Putting your Teleport skill into one of the two enchantment slots turns your Evade into Teleport.

Saw this in my recommendations. This looks miserable to start. So slow to kill for a budget build. Budget builds are far superior on other classes. Still really cool though! It's too bad sorcerer is a bad class.

Thanks! I don't know much about other classes but other sorc builds are even worse so yeah, it's not great. But these are pretty strict limitations I set on myself, it probably wouldnt take long to get quite a bit stronger than this. It was just to show it doesnt take much to at least get started with it.
