Why so? You can use your 1h Weapon for Bash too if you have MACE + Sword. Jsut change arsenal allocation.

Hey, I intend to try out your build when I level a barb next, since I am not really a fan of relying on the holy bolt elixier. I kind of miss the undying aspect in your build and I really want to use my shako. Any recommendations on what aspect I could switch around to keep the undying aspect in the build? I know you lose dps, but I kind of like passive life leach. Thanks for the help and looks like a fun build! :D

Great video! Quick question, in the guide you have call of the ancients cool down on the ring but I guess call of the ancients got replaced with rupture? What would be the extra tempering added to the ring in this case

Thank you for this guide. I switched to this build and have been enjoying it. I'm currently having issues with Torment Bosses (last phases usually) and 100+ Pit Bosses only. It seems any mechanic just one shots me if I get hit. I'm still working on my health pool (59k atm), but was wondering if you had any recommendation besides aspects? (wondering if there is something in the Paragon that I could re-adapt).

60k sounds alright - use 20% and 15% health elixirs on top and you will just tank anything. Also make sure fortified is up often enough.

Would you use paingoegers it seems like it would synergize with this build. Am currently using them. Also why ramaldanis which provides around 40x when if bash cleaves is multiplicative using two would be more damage right?

Paingorgers are a bad option for Crit Based builds - it cannot use Crit damage when it echoes. You can find version with paingorgers and different approach there kzfaq.info/get/bejne/atyDY9mhs6nRcqM.html

Hey bro I don't know if this was stealth updated today, because it seems that gem fragment drops were (I started getting a lot more and from different mobs) but the Marshal glyph states that casting a shout reduces your other NON-SHOUT cds Afaik before it worked like Bold Chieftains? Maybe I missed something. BUT do you think it would be better to slot a Wrath glyph just for the critical damage increase instead?

They changed it some time ago - you just remember old s1 or s2 version. I still think it is worth it since it can lower Iron Skill Cooldown + Steel Grasp one.

Thanks for the showcase. My damage is but a fraction of yours, but I imagine Harlequin Crest adds a lot of damage with the +skills. Also lost about 10k life after switching to this from Rob's build with pretty much the same gear

Health is pretty much Paragon % - but since you have double health potion it is not really necessary. Shako gives a lot - but main thing - make sure that you use Dual Wield with your bash and NOT default allocation. Hope it helps!

@@ronarray Definitely a gear thing, getting close to 100m crits now with a bit better gear, more max fury, as well as 300%+ damage while berserking. But Shako would probably add quite a bit more damage!

Hey really appreciate the build, up to pit tier 95 with it so far and I find it way more fun to play than the HOTA 2H variant. Question, if I have pieces of gear that didn't roll the right tempers but the affixes are good, should I still be masterworking them? Also, I've tried resetting my masterworks so many times to get the right roll but failed, should I continue masterworking those even higher or just keep trying to reroll them? Thanks for your help!

Thank you for the nice words! I would masterwork and break later. About rerolling - I bother only with first hit but if you dont have resources it could be better to just proceed further instead of trying to perfect it for now.

I swapped from the 2H iron skin version of the build, this one is more dmg thats for sure but a lot squishier than what I was running previusly, checking if I can solve that issue somehow.

So what changes made you squishier? Generally Survivability should be the same or even better if you use aspect of Undying ( more AS - More health).

Ty for this build mate.. I really like swords so even if I get to use 1 that’s a plus for me. I really wish the transmog worked like Diablo 3 where any 2 handed melee weapon can be transmogged into any other, this way even if I’m using a hammer I can make it look like a sword 😭

So after switching to this build yesterday from Rob's, I noticed that the damage output was as good or better, but that I'm also WAY squishier, despite being capped on Armor and Resistances. Assuming its because I'm wearing Tuskhelm instead of a Legendary helmet (or Shako) with another defensive like Iron Blood or Undying. Also using Paingorgers since mine have GA Att Speed. Do you think I should switch to a legendary helm instead? Any other ideas to help me get tankier? I currently have Imposing Presence +5 (would maybe get +2 more on a Legendary Helm).

More imposing presence, GA max life rolls and all royal rubys are the next step Aspects of might, iron blood, iron warrior are important. You can put iron blood on helm if you don't have Shako. Territorial and Undaunted glyphs are important too If you are still squishy after all this then something's wrong

Damage should be close to the same or a little better with higher QoL overall. Survivability should be based on Higher Life so get GA at weapons for Life / Higher Life helmet + Imposing presence everywhere. You can get a little more health in paragon too if needed.

Paingorgers just boost the clear slightly - but to push higher PIT we need more single target damage than clear.

For Dual Wield Build it is the main item - you can pretty much do the same one without it and 2 One Handed Swords instead. But i think my PIT push results can prove that Ramaladni is viable.

Mostly better QoL at Dual Wield due to attack speed. Easier to clear too - Damage is the same with Ramaladni comin on top in some cases if you stack enough Fury.

Hey there! It is very good for all tormented bosses and would kill them easily - you can see Uber Lilith Example in the video and she is tougher than most Tormented ones.

The bash damage its so high that you can use the dust devils to help on clear. You will loose some damage on bosses, since you want role “chance to spawn 2 dust devils” on one of the weapons, and spawn dust devils on fury generated and on shouts, and use the dust devils gliph on paragon. But still bash have a lot of damage since its damage calculation its bugged and will keep that way (not complaining, im loving it). The dust devils just add a well around AoE for clear and Helltides, and the gameplay its much more fun. You should test it.

Hey, I like the video so I gave it a try on my new barbarian, I am must be missing something as I was not able to reproduce even remotely the results in the video. Sure, it's good and I'm able to get like 5-8 million swings on tormented bosses... but nowhere near the 80+ I see in this video. I don't have harlequin's crest though and my ramaladni is 0.3x, but I am unsure whether they can account for this massive of a difference

@@ronarray I do use that, I can link you a video or something if you'd like cuz I have some unlisted clips of us trying to kill the lightning boss earlier on tormented :D It was a struggle, but eventually managed and I did get a 925 0.4% ramaladni. Didn't seem to increase my damage much thou (I had a 900 0.3% one from the iron wolves cache)

okay.. I sort of fixed it.. not quite sure how thou lol, I think it was just the lower item power sword. Basically about the same time as I got the upgraded one, I also swapped my 2h for a slightly better roll one and forgot to put back moonrise on it. Probably that's why I didn't notice too much difference from the new 925 ramaladni as it was just counteracting the missing aspect. Now I noticed that and put it back and my crits are around 20-40 million, sometimes higher, which is way more decent Thanks!

If you follow this guidelines and have close to this gears, you don't need to change to any aspects for hell tide or nm dungeons because everything will die in a couple hits. Just remember to hold down the bash button and you are now in autopilot. Cheers!

You need to change skill allocation for it - it matters. Open your skill panel - hower over the skill and click middle mouse button.

I was thinking that as well without rallying cry only iron skin gives unstoppable and you lose concussion ranks, imposing presence, might aspect probably better than close dmg from tibaults.

Fury is required to boost ramaladni damage but paragon and ramaladni itself is the only places where it is needed.

@@ronarray I'm using probably the best speed farming build for a barb, but can't kill Tormented Ubers or get consistently do over Pits 60. Been trying to find a build that could do that while also be ok at also farming for the boss mats in helltides. Doesn't seem practical to switch to a build to kill bosses then switch to a build to farm for them. Do most people just use a different class for farming then another for bosses?

@@chadd.7816 You only need to switch boots + 3 passive points and 1 active skill. The whole switch process takes about 1 minute.

Constant reuse of Chains + Warcry is necessary for it. Get some Berserker Duration nodes in paragon if it it still not enough.

Depends on the gear, setup and situation. You need to have Elements UP - Berserkering UP + Inner Calm UP to reach decent numbers. Mkae SURE that you also use Dual wield as allocated weapons and not default - it is a common mistake. Default wepon will lead to very bad dmg.

You can buy GA Chest with Res at the market for a pretty low price. Getting CAP now is not really necessary, I literally pushed 122 PIT without it.

We are not really that crit depended and too much Crit dmg can lead to diminishing returns. There is also no Glyph called Destruction at barb (in english) so sorry cant answer that. Vuln on technique is always been the default option and work perfectly there too.

You can just use standard bucket formula for it, if you have one huge bucker and 1 very small one results will be worse than 2 moderate buckets. That's why you can see different rolls in many builds. About wrath - the additional bonus is too bad to consider it. Cheers!

@@ronarray Sorry for late reply i had to level up both Exploit and Wrath to 15 level on my barbarian to test my theory Both glyps are 15 level and both glyps have 49 dex Result: Exploit: +72% Vul (60.2 + vul multiplier) Wrath: +191% Crit (110.6% + crit multiplier) So let me ask you again my brother how vul better than crit and how crit bonus is too bad to consider? Even if you have 50% crit aka half crit you still have 191/2 = 95% crit damage avarage and that still more than exploit Also thanks to you i beat my lazy ass to level up wrath XD Thanks

For your initial question - 123% of additive damage to close is better than 123% of Additive Crit dmg which will be lowered by crit chance (60% of dmg with 50% crit chance). About glyphs - Well, after a Vulnerable update Crit is much worse to consider over all items. Dropping it from everywhere helped me to push from 123 to 128. You need to understand bucket mechanics and not to compare pure numbers. Crit builds just not in a good positions currently since most of the builds in the push are Vuln builds. Main reason is - Vuln has better uptime and is too easy to boost with Paingorgers (which would be needed for 125+ tbh) when Crit is not applied by Gorgers at all. Second reason is crit chance - your calc is pretty off. 72 vs 191? 21 Wrath Provides 14.8% vs 21 Exploit 7.9% so for Wrath to be slightly better you need 51%+ Crit chance and No Paingorgers - BUT we need to take to the account the quality of life Additional Bonus from exploit which is one of the reason why it is even taken, therefore I wouldn't bother with Wrath if you are not 80%+ crit chance. And for further updates (different approach) it becomes even more unnecessary. Hope it clarifies it - Cheers!

@@ronarray I dont think it`s rough but it is sad for me. What I like poe for - huge choice of skills and game plays. But in this game there are no melee classes - you can pick any class and play any skill. In one way it`s cool in other no. In most games when you have a melee class - they have to hit harder or be stronger, so you know why you choose them, if you play ranger they have to be paper etc. In poe no matter what skill you play it`s pretty much the same for damage, melee skills don`t have a few times better damage plus your survivability is exactly the same as for range, wizards or summoners. This is what I miss in poe - visible difference between classes, while everything is pretty much the same
