I just rebuilt my rage gaming blizzard build to this build. I rebuilt it almost to the t, with a few exceptions. I used shako as my helm, and used a total armor and 3x DR on the chest with disobedience so I can take advantage of esus boots 4x evade. I also changed ice blades enchantment with the fireball enchantment. And since everything is dying so quickly with xfals and fireball enchantment explosions, i dont need to spam charged bolts, and I'm still debating what aspect I can use in place of ancient flames. But thank you for this build. Im still not sure what my final build for S3 will be, but this one, Arclash and BL are the 3 im choosing from. Cheers!

I have been running a charge bolt build to level which has been nice. Found staff of liam neeson last night and at level 54 am absoluting smashing now. Excited to get it to wt4 content.

One very crucial piece of information about this particular build is the importance of the Xfal's Corroded Signet ring, which isn't mentioned anywhere other than casually in passing. Which is fine if you already know about the item. But if you don't you might end up thinking this is a really great build to try out until you realize that you don't have that ring and you're nowhere near the content level to even be able to get this ring to drop. Otherwise I really appreciate the energy you put into your guides though! And while the energy spent in terms of time and effort making them is also great, I'm talking about the energy of how you present things and sound genuinely excited about what you're talking about. That kind of energy!

fun build as long as you don’t optimize for speed. for that BL/arc teleport enchant build’s going to lap any other sorc build.

I had this build in season 2, buuut..with the Godslayer helm. I am blizzard in this season, but I might go back to this build as I got 58% on a 925 staff 😉

I have been using this build to level from 70-100 and am currently level 92 doing lvl 54 NMVs. My question is, once I get to 100 and level up my glyphs, can this build do Nightmare Vaults near level 100? Or will I need to switch to ball lightning or something else? I really do like this playstyle better, as I am a shooter to the core.

How exactly is this easy to put together? No one starts off with uber gear. Uber bosses are not easy, and all you have is just the regular shit you grind hours for. There is nothing easy about them, when you don't have uber gear, or good elemental defenses. Some of those bosses will 1 shot you even at max defenses. So please, cut the bull shit. If you get help, that's great; however, most are not willing to help or want to charge 10's of millions of gold for a couple of minutes of their time. Again, not easy.

Uber? He's just using regular unique gear from bosses. Not too hard to get the gear if target farmed. Plus MOST endgame builds use Tibs, Raiment, and Xfals. If you're leveling or something then yeah, might not be easy putting together.@@rremnar

Ive been playing this build since season 1, but you should use flame shield and ice armor with tele and currents. You will be unkillable and still clear the screen.

PSA... Ice Blades dont apply chill so the Hoarfrost passive is useless. Other than that, great build and I'm looking forward to trying it out!

Following up. Just got all my nodes to level 21. This build is stupid fun. Stun and electrocute everything. RNG for "perfect rolls" has been abysmal. I would say I am 90% video recommendations. I do not have the uber stones, and my amulet, helm and gloves are one perk off from perfect.

You'd be better off doing whatever you think is fun. But blizzard is totally dependent on the quality of your legendary, which may be lacking while leveling.

I think Ice Blade does not apply chill same as Ice Shard, no reason to add the cold damage passive in this build.

Its also for barrier activation from the passives that give barrier when using a cooldown. Quite helpful.

Frozen orb apply chill and gives you a chance to apply vulnerability. But overall applying chill in lightning build is difficult because you need to invest a lot of skill points to unlock the damage from chill. You only do that if your build has a lot of left over skill points. @jammur6917

You have to do the seasonal quest at some point. Otherwise, your new companion pet won't get all its glyphs to drop. I forgot which but all of them are locked until you progress the quest line

Its not rly good to showcase a build in 92 nm, not 100. 92 is not rly relevant, but thank you for a cool build :) It would be interesting to test x'falls vs the new Starlight though,. starlight gives the character alot more damage on character sheet, but sinse we dont have a tool to meassure total damage over 1 min on the dolls, its really hard to test.
