My Crusader currently does a bit over 140M dmg per minute on the training dummy, even though it's not a high dmg class (like Necromancer or Demon Hunter), and this PVE build (good for raids and Dungeons) only has about 2K reso.
Crit hit dmg comes mostly from leggos, +7.5% on 6 of them, and from reforge items (takes a lot of reforge stones...) some have +3% others +2.5%, I also get +2% attack speed from each legendary gear. The other 2 leggos have 7.5% beneficial effect increase each, that I also get (+30%) from 4 piece Vithus, and +30% attack speed for 3 seconds after using a skill, and even some more from most set items magic, I also have cooldown reduction where it's possible. 4 piece Shal'Baas will increase 15% on primary attack dmg (that I also have a lot from reforging, from +3.5 to 4% on each leggo) and attack speed up to 25%. I usually go for items that have fortitude and strenght as attributes, in order to increase armor pen and dmg. Regarding paragon , I use the 5 skills on top of the screen from Slinger tree, and attacker role / room from WB, make sure you have Typhorus and Colar of Brutus on remnant set, it will be even better if you also get Manifest Carnage.
Regarding gems, I recon I could've chosen better, but since I'm not a big spender (only buy battle pass), I guess did the best I could, same for familiars and runes :)
