Would shal’bass be a good option for a 2 set bonus instead of using the vithus 4 set bonus

The 4p vithu makes animations faster too. Shalbaas is only good in PvE. There are better choices like 2p Baron or even 2p Grace.

Try it. You won't get to kill as much as I did in the video, but you'll still be great support for your team.

Nope, meta means the most optimal build to win regardless of Reso.
