Just a quick look into current interaction with Oculus and Infinite Teleport without even hitting mobs on the screen.
Will we be able to make a pure Teleport Build in S4 / PTR?

I had an occulus with 15 ranks of teleport. I was using that, rainment, and charged bolt. It was a lot of fun, should be better now.

the problem with oculus is the randomness makes it just a fun item. It should at least target mobs then it would be worth a consideration

@@GoldfarmingGuide With 15 ranks, plus 4 on boots, 5 from skill, cool down from items plus things like crackling energy (never could get a shako to drop), I didn't feel like I even needed to use evade most of the time honestly. Obviously, it wasn't competing with top meta builds, but it sure was fun to play. I definitely appreciate channels like yours and make use of your guides (you're way better at understanding some of the actual math behind the mechanics and the paragon board). But taking occasional breaks from using a top build and just playing something fun keeps the game fresh for me.

With the new aspect, I'd LOVE to know if this is viable, as it would achieve my dream of zipping around as a ball of lightning doing damage ever since I saw the Conduit Shrine as a Chain Lightning sorceress (my first build in Diablo 4). About how many ranks of Teleport are needed? More the better? How many Evades are needed/recommended? How much "attacks reduce cooldown X..." to have on boots? How much Cooldown Reduction to get on helm, amulet, unique rings, tempering? With Shako or other ways, is it possible to accomplish this without using the Occulus wand? Or, as long as you can get enough cooldown that affects Evade/Teleport to keep evade count from hitting 0, any combination of these will do it for you?

Well, i have +15 teleport oculus and a boot which gives "attack reduce evade's cooldown by 1.5 seconds" but i can't spam still.. What can i do?

I think rather than a fast pace build we will need a tanky enough but also damage viable build for high level pits for next season...Speed content is going to be peace of cake for sorcereres as usual...

Depends how high the damage would scale I guess. If it really gets that 500%[x] you might just be able to build defenses around teleport.

The only additional requirement for this build is a puke bucket beside your desk.

I just leave this here : Basicly if you get a max roll drop teleport that gives 15 lvl on teleport, and masterworking with luck you can get over 30 lvl on teleport and with that the cooldown will be nearly instant, that is what i plannign to do but no luck to get a drop with max roll teleport lol

the teleport cooldown has diminishing returns, it pretty much doesn’t go below like 2 second ish if i remember correctly
