Hello Everyone!
Today I show you how to make a bench vise without welding. I used metal pieces and allen bolts to make this diy bench vise. This homemade vise is really very simple to make because this diy metal bench vise does not need welding to make it. All the metal pieces are connected very strongly by the allen bolts. This diy metal bench vise is very strong and rigid. This homemade vise can also be used for heavy duty applications. I really enjoyed while making this metal bench vise. Il y a des lacunes à cet excellent travail : 1 - Les filetages des boulons ne sont pas freinés. 2 - Tous les montages avec des vis BTR gagneraient à être soudés (mais il faut avoir un poste de soudure). 3 - Il n'y a pas de graisse dans les mécanismes mobiles. 4 - Les mors de l'étau sont rainurés pour faire joli mais cela ne sert à rien et il faudrait des mordaches en métal mou, par exemple du cuivre ou du plomb 5 - Monter cet étau sur une table qui bouge avec un malheureux serre-joint n'est pas sérieux. 6 - On trouve le même outil dans le commerce pour pas cher, avec une meilleure assise. Bref c'est un travail intéressant mais complètement inutile. Salut et fraternité*

Тиски не для серьезных нагрузок. Ответная часть ходового винта крепится на двух тоненьких винтах - с одной стороны. Подвижная губка на двух винтах вкрученных в тонкостенную профильную трубу из пластилина.

The craftsmanship is really tight but.... The point of a diy video is to make something without having it. On this its a total failure since you used every vice and clamp possible. I won't even comment about the bench drill... Since a vice is one the first things needed for a bench workstation i "dare" you to make the same vice with hand tools only. Thanks for the content!
