what's the difference between his old YRG version and DDPY (DDP Yoga) is it basically the same thing or did YRG leave some movements out that DDP Yoga now has?

It has motivational Mondays, workouts, nutrition etc. It has it all and I promise if you get it and own it as DDP says it will make a difference

It's the simplest of all of em, cuz it requires a ton of will power and dedication rather than physical capabilities. ANYONE can do yoga, and can achieve results with a mentor like DDP or a strict plan like the ones on DDP yoga
