I love this song. Expressive and solemn with a lot of grief, (obviously, it's about losing your best friend) but also with an upbeat vibe, like things aren't going to be bad forever. Also, rip Christina Grimmie. You may not be in this world physically, but you still reside within all of our hearts.

I remember almost a decade ago I was just a silly 16 year old kid with a crush on her and asked her brother if I could play call of duty with them, I was just one of her so many fans and they gave me the chance to play with them it was so wholesome and down to earth. Just these small things can make a big impact on people, such an amazing soul gone too soon, RIP Christina Grimmie.

Guys I wanna be completely honest with you, I am not a person that cries often, as a matter of fact the last time I cried was at the age of 9 (I am 17 now), but this song, this song just has something special in it, I never lost a friend and nothing of a sort happened to me so I can relate the lyrics of the song to, but things have been hard on me lately, I am struggling at the moment and for a reason that I myself don't understand the first time I listened to this song and read the lyrics I just couldn't help myself and started crying. This song is an absolute masterpiece and it definitely has a very special meaning to it and for some reason I just feel very connected with this song and it's lyrics. This song won't be forgotten by me, it is truly one of the best songs I have ever heard in my life. This song deserves a special place in my heart

This story isn’t about a friend but it’s about my grandpa who died in 2015 i was only like 6 years old so I don’t remember much I only remember that he was taken to the hospital and me and my parents visited him there and I remember the inhaler in his mouth and I would always talk to him but he didn’t answer I thought he was just asleep but now I think he didn’t have the energy and one day he was announced dead and I asked my mom what’s wrong with grandpa and she just said that “grandpa is in a good place now” I didn’t know what that meant at the time and when he was buried I just said to him before leaving “bye grandpa I will see you later” cuz I thought he was coming back but when I grew older I know he isn’t coming back and that he is gone,just thinking about it makes me cry cuz me and my grandpa had a great bond cuz we live in the same house and in the same big family and I know what I said about I didn’t remember much but I clearly remember him on the hospital bed struggling to breathe and that moment breaks my heart and if your reading this I just wanna say you should love your family and spend time with them Thx for reading❤️

This song makes me almost sad because I lost seven friends, since I was in grade 5, many of my friends changed schools and from there I realized that they were my best friends. I feel sorry for the many memories there. 😢❤

I didn’t know I would get to understand this song so quickly, as a 17-year-old. My friend who had been my elementary classmate chose to get hit by a train due to family problems. I was regretting having decided to hold a class reunion so late. Just one day after we had decided on which restaurant to go to, we saw that terrible news on TV. It wasn’t until the pity that I understood, maybe I’m hadn’t really done what a friend should do, which is just “care.” This song is just suitable for me to keep listening to right now, thank you Diamond Eyes.
