Hobby Lobby and Walmart have several different size bags in or near their jewelry beading sections. That’s where I buy mine. I really liked the square boxes you bought. Have a great week. 😀

I think I've seen the bags in Joanns too. Remarkably this is the first time I've bought the zip bags for diamond painting. I've always used the ones that came with kits and been able to accumulate enough. I hope you have a great week too!

I like those containers too. I bought a pack of 2 about 8 months ago. They never came down in price since. I really don't think you're going to like those 4 mil baggies. They are not clear enough for the way you kit up and they will definitely not hold as many diamonds. Thank you so much for sharing!

I wasn't planning to get the 4mil bags but I've seen several use and love them so I thought I should try them out if I ever saw them at a low price. I used some in my next kitting down but I won't really know how well they will be for matching until the later kitting down. I can see how they are not as clear but they do flatten really well.

Even 2 mil will be a massive improvement over the bags included in kits. In my experience 2 mil are easier to twist open and the zip part works just as well.

The bags included with kits do tend to be really thin but surprisingly I haven't had many rip apart when I use them for leftover drills. I figure I will try out the 4mil bags to see if I like them since I know many use them.

I love those baggies. I used them for all my diamond drill storage and I think they work great. And, because they are narrower and not as wide, they fit better in the photo boxes with foam dividers. I use your labels and blank playing cards. My spares look pretty!😆

I travel a lot so prefer the round bottles with the lids in a hard case. I think the one I got was Art Dot. And if I get more drills than I can contain, I start throwing them away. Especially if they don't come with the codes on them. We always get more drills than we need. One time I had just enough 310s to complete the painting. Not one drill more. But it was still completed. So I keep so many and then I toss them. I have the smaller set you have to store spare drills. I allow 2 containers per color. After that I toss them or por some glue on paper and let granddaughter play making her own picture. She loves doing that.

Hi Joan. Thank you for sharing your new storage finds. I ordered the 28 cube storage as I have been eyeing your other smaller 28s that you use for special shape diamond painting. I like how much they hold and how much smaller the overall larger box is so it takes up less desk space. Looking forward to your next kitting down video as I have a couple of ideas that might be fun to do with extra drills. I will comment there with those.

I have got rid of all but one of my Harbor Freight containers and just use bottles, Elizabeth Ward and the larger tic tac’s. Thanks for sharing, I am supposed to be on a no spend Jan although it’s not working to well got several paintings ordered lol

With the Harbor Freights increasing in price, they are not as appealing as they were before. Buying diamond paintings are part of the addiction lol.

I personally had issues with bags like those. There ok, but in time they get very foggy looking. Also in my experience when I filled the bag up the bag started to have like that dent on the side that you where have having. It was like a puffy bag. My ocd would not allow it lol

Thanks for the info! I do notice they are not as clear as my thinner bags so it might make my shade matching more difficult. It would be worse if they start getting foggy over time.

Hi friend Clare. I am honored to be your friend! The community posts for other channels usually show up in my feed when looking at youtube on my phone. It doesn't really show up on my computer. I can't believe I bought the bags either since I have so many saved from kits but I thought the price was right. I was waiting for the containers to go down in price but it never did and I was going through storage buying withdrawal lol.
