@@zoso73 I don't think the problem was necessarily the sexy outfits... I think Dian and all the other ladies from Barker's beauties had a good idea of the kind of outfits they would be wearing. As long as they consented(ie:WANTED) to dress up like that and were fairly compensated... that qualifies as feminism to me. Maybe not as hardcore feminism as the kind of feminism coming from somebody like Andrea Dworkin though.

Yeah, it took me about a minute in and figured it out. It was so familiar .. Oh yeah .. Ghostbusters. The score never really struck me as anything too special but it makes me want to go have another listen to just the score. Maybe track down some of his other film scores.

I remember being home sick with the flu in high school in 1986. I was watching TPIR lying on the couch. I remember vividly a bedroom set being up in the finale. Guess who was sitting on it wearing skimpy silk lingerie? There was little left to the imagination. I started feeling a whole lot better after that!

I don’t know if you’re old enough, but daytime TV was wild in the 80s and 90s. The talk shows were all about controversial stuff. This was the age of trash tv. It was awesome lol.

I remember this one, cause my Dad was home sick on a Heart Monitor, and she set it off, when his Heart rate spiked. lol! He was fine, but I can still hear his surgeon saying, "Charlie, No TPiR untill we figure this out. Dad was like, Well, how did you know? The Doctor said, It happens to millions of men every day. You're home, you nice, and calm, the wife's making you lunch. And you pop on the TV, and there's a gorgeous women, showing you a dishwasher, or a toaster, in a stain dress. And you're asking yourself what do I do? Turn it off, pretend I don't see her? I've had men fake a Heart Attack over TPiR girls. lol!
