That Boy is nephew, Son of natsya And Irina's grandson. Natsya suggested her mother to adopt Diana first, so she got herself a little sister.

Hello. Thank you for this reaction. After reading the comments below I searched for the English translation video. And now that I've seen it, I can say that it's so worth watching every second of it because it gives me a complete understanding of everything. And this video is so moving and brings my deepest admiration for Diana and her family. I highly recommend this particular video to anyone who doesn't understand Russian and who can understand (at least written) English (just like me). I'll add the link to it below. I would not be surprised if other Reactors use the link you have mentioned because the translation is so much better. So everybody, if you are non-Russian, go to the link hakate nele has provided. Automatic subtitles here are terrible. This video has been well-translated by fans in other circles, unfortunately it"s not on KZfaq. A very sad but inspiring story of fate. The boy is her nephew Ildar, Nastya's son. She does have a brother, Dima, a few years older than Nastya. That was one part where auto translate failed. Irina explained she already had 2 grown kids of her own, a son and a daughter when they took Diana in. Nastya was the one who insisted on bringing her into their family.
