No, not really. All I'm paying attention to is how wonderfully she changed and performed the song. I'm not a professional musician, so I don't know the nuances behind the final outcome. The outcome though IS unique.

Dear Scottish friend (you are a friend by now and I look forward to your comments) - she really does leave her mark on every song, but this one was really special for me as explained in the video. I did not used to like it, now I can't get enough of her version.

@@AleksReacts I am so glad! Weirdly, when I heard her sing this (long ago) it made me quite emotional at the ending. More so than the original ever did! Even more weirdly, it STILL makes me emotional after 6 years of listening to it - go figure?

Yeah, she gave this song life, while Chris gave it just a sound. Nice melody, but it didn't hit as hard her performance.

Not really, I am actually trying to go along based on suggestions or more importantly number of suggestions for the same song. If 2+ people suggest the same song, I'm guessing that's the one I should do next. This one was suggested by a total of 7 people. Another factor that plays into what I'm going for next is how I feel on the day of the recording. Do I feel like hearing more Diana, more Lara, more Dimash or someone totally new to me that was suggested by people who seem to like similar music? I loved all 3 artists initially suggested, and whoever's watching my reaction must have liked them too - so probably similar taste in music. I think ultimately my mood on the day prevails. No point in reacting to something new if you don't feel open to it. Otherwise, that leads to a fake reaction for reaction's sake. Btw, it's most likely going to be Rechenka - sounds like it's not in English or French and she's Russian, so I want to hear what that sounds like. Just waiting for the right mood to actually immerse myself.

I will sent it later today when I have some free time, just know that most videos are safe from Diana's official channels, Diana wants people to react to her.

@@AleksReacts This judge, Igor Krutoy, he collaborated with Dimash, Lara Fabian and Andrea Bocelli, he wrote many beautiful songs for them. Lara also wrote lyrics for one of Dimash's song. They all are close friends. Lara and Dimash sang together at Igor’s 65 anniversary. Diana was also offered a job after the contest, but unfortunately she declined the offer. This explains a lot, mainly why all three, Lara, Dimash and Diana each have such a unique, memorable style and all three can feel the songs they're performing and evoke a strong emotion in the listener. Very different artists, but in a way kindred souls.

Thank you so much! As for the advice, I still need to figure out how to do any of that, but I will look it up when time allows. This will be a slow, but persistent journey. As for the proposal, yes, please if it's not too much work for you. That would likely help me get all the suggestions I received so far into some kind of order. I will probably never catch up fully with the reactions. There's only so many one can do within a specific timeframe, but as far as I am concerned, I have years to do this, so I will hopefully get to most of them.

Thank you for a wonderful and thoughtful comment. I have to admit I haven't watched Chris Isaak Wicked Game (Live), mainly because I spent my teenage years avoiding the truly overplayed MTV video. On the other hand, I do agree that Chris Isaak's version is still second to Diana's, as all others I've seen so far have made the song even worse than the original.

She won the show both times over 2 years.
