This was the show where she refused to come out of her dressing room when it was time to perform! They sent Kevin Eubanks in to talk with her. Kevin tells the story in his Foundation Interview which is on KZfaq.

Legend. She got the crowd into it! She sparkled & killed it!. Yeah there was some issue with the dress she planned to wear that didn't go well with stage (probably blue) so she had to wear one she didn't plan on. And no matching shoes. Kevin Eubanks had to be sent to coax her out of the dressing room.

Even though this is Gloria Gainor'song, Diana Ross, takes it a couple notches higher. I love her version. Not disrespecting Gloria, but hey, it is what it is.

Wasn't intentional a part of her wardrobe went missing along with her shoes that's why she didn't want to perform
