It looks lovely, intolerance tests are not recommended by the NHS or dietitians, as you can end up removing too many foods, if you suspect your intolerant see a fully qualified dietiitian

The Angelina Jolie film was called 'By the Sea' and it also starred Brad Pitt - they actually built a house on the cliffs above the beach for the filming and had to demolish it when filming was finished.

Cutting out dairy really helped me. I thought I was fine with it, until I cut it out and realised that I no longer had stomach inflammation and bloating.
