Ralph was an enabler to a certain extent, but his approach was best, it reduced him exchanging damaging words with Lucy. Words spoken out of anger can never be taken back once they leave your mouth. Ralph and Lucy can rebuild their marriage and take care of that cute little baby. 🙂
