If I still remember the last time I watched this, he is not a magician but a pro from the Quit Gambling Center, that's why he added "there's definitely no luck to be seen in rolling dices or card games" at the end of this video.

he is a skillful expert of controlling the characteristics of dice. he came and prove that dice can be controlled by practicing skills. so all gambling using dice could also be controlled just a caution for people not addicted to gambling

There's a flaw in his performance, you see how he juggle the cup but when he was about to take another dice, the tempo was slow enough but no dice fell out, so the secret must be the cup.
