I'm 56 and I say all the time how truly sorry I feel for those born more than 10 years after us and didn't come of age when the best music in history was being created. There are several reasons why music went to shit later on. And my god, it's not like this is even debatable. Just do a search on why music today sucks. And there was so much produced too. I swear I'm still running across fantastic songs from the early 80s to late 70s that I've never heard before.

Growing up in the 80’s in LA ska was big. Madness was a big part of the culture back then. Great to see them still rocking. I bet the 51 haters were even born then.

ive seen em all from acdc to zz top but there is truly no experience like 40 thousand people dancing to madness ,its ace outdoors n the sound never suffers they always have a strong mix,they are excellent live,that evil arabic intro on piano gives me chills n the guy doing arabic scales u can hear just its awesome

It was wonderful, I never listened to the radio back then and can't remember if they played any of it. It was all Stones and Zeppelin I think. My Panasonic Platinum boombox ran on Ska, Marley, Kraftwerk, the Pistols.. what a great time for good music.
