He hears the Sith Lord Zeffo calling him! And yes Sam requested a purple lightsaber but is a Light Jedi that uses the Darkside when he fights but he doesn’t practice darkside teachings! And Ashoka has like ten other lightsabers on her ship, so they can construct a new one or select one ☝🏾

I feel like Baylan’s gonna find whatever Grand Admiral Thrawn and the Night Sisters are running from. Baylan will either become a greater threat than we realized, or he will die to the greater threat…

Baylan's description of what he seeks (when talking to shin) implies he's looking for a means or mechanism of achieving his goal rather than a person/force being. Its somewhat ambiguous language that doesn't actually preclude anything, but something like another ancient ruin or gateway, possibly Thrawn rebuilt the Lothal temple on Peridea and Baylan senses the world between worlds gateway like Palpatine did

Usually, the armour's replaced rather than repaired. And Huyang said that it was an imperial minefield, so they might have had a set or two in the Chimera

I meant to bring this up but forgot. Maybe the mines were on the Eye of Sion? I had a feeling the mines were very recently put there. Also, Thrawn's ship wasn't going to fly up there and lay mines while the cargo transfer is going on.

No dialogue is needed! Sabine was being shady! And didn’t want to tell him that she might have betrayed Ashoka and she might have died! But Ashoka was a OG and hug it out 🫂

She didn't betray Ahsoka, though. She made the deal with Baylan Skoll after Ahsoka "died".

@gaffer2602 No they don't need him. He did his duty and got rid of Thrawn. Yes they want Ezra back but even Ezra learned when he had to Sacrifice. It's the last lesson he learned from Kanen. If Ezra knew he would not be happy about her decision

I agree with Maude. All the fan speculation is going to amount to Easter eggs. Without having Baylan’s plan made explicit, I seriously doubt that we will get anything more than possibly an end-credit scene.

I assume Baylan was always planning to go on his own pursuit once he and Shin got to the new galaxy. He’s looking for something with the power to end the cycle of violence in the galaxy but knows Shin just seeks power so he set her up to be a militant leader in Thrawn’s new empire.

I really hope Ahsoka gets a season 2 or is explored more in another series like a live action rebels sequel. With just 1 episode left there is ALOT to unpack and lead up to. BUT if this is just the beginning of the overall build up for the Filoni film I'm all for being patient and letting the show breathe and grow slowly but surely for the grand payoff. Either way having life action Ahsoka, Clone Wars era Anakin, Sabine, Hera, Thrawn and Ezra we are so lucky to be alive to watch this.

Because Huyang had that line about hoping to live to see the reunion while he was flying around over the battle, I was honestly expecting that last shot of everyone looking up as he comes in to land with the ship getting absolutely obliterated then immediately cutting to credits. Just a quick flash of green, we see a brief bit of the explosion, but then the sound of it mixes in with the first note of the credits theme. A living Jedi archive dead, their ship destroyed, now the final episode is a race against time (Thrawn’s big theme this episode) to get back to the Star Destroyer. On their way they have one last big interaction with Baylan where we FINALLY find out his whole deal

I know it probably won’t happen but I like the idea of Abeloth a lot still. What if Ezra is being controlled by Abeloth. It would explain why “Ezra “ is eager to get off the planet, and go to a galaxy and cause more destruction. Maybe they get to leave and Baylon is not able to sense the power on that planet anymore. It would also be a way to explain why all of the whales died around the planet and why the witches were so eager to leave.

I think Baylen feels a presence in/on that planet that he is akin to, neither totally light or totally dark. I think he thinks that whatever is on that planet will help him with his plan to restart everything new

I was really hoping for some dialogue about how they got there, what happened when Ezra and Thrawn first got there, tell Ezra why Sabine thought Ahsoka was dead. How many times has Mon Mothma either resigned or was fired from the Senate? Or is it something she cannot be fired from due to family status?

Great show thanks for making it! Do we think Filoni is gonna kill Ezra in the finale? He can't really play a big role in the prime galaxy bc of conintuity issues, so im not sure Filoni wants to reconcile Ezra being back but also irrelevant before Force Awakens events. I would guess there's some pathway forward for Baylon, and maybe Ezra joins him or is sucked into that path. I suspected Baylon was after a gateway to world between worlds, just like Palpatine, but now im less convinced

Ahsoka is connected to the daughter, bc of the transfer of life essence and the owl always follows Ahsoka for whatever reason. Anakin is the balance both dark side and light side in him and he was proven to be the chosen one. Baylan is taking the place of the son.

I'm hoping baylans storyline is tied in with the son. Im hoping the son was banished during the end of the mortis ark. Also hoping shin will turn full dark side after that last terrible fight and she follows baylan and somehow steals the sons power and becomes a new aboleth origin story and she kills baylan while ahsoka and them escape through the force world.

@@gaffer2602 this episode seems like fragment of a longer episode. I get this feeling that this episode is like a part 1 finale. Like the flow was just off and they really didn’t give us any substantial information that would further entice the viewer. We should have gotten more concrete foreshadowing on what it is that Baylan wants instead of getting the same cryptic stuff from the previous episode. This would have also been a great moment for us to know what it was that Thrawn was loading onto the Chimera because at this point I don’t think it will live up to the hype. Also, the episode was too short…THIS is the second to last episode and it clocked in at about 37 mins long. It just makes me feel like the last episode has been given a Herculean task of being flawless and hitting a shit ton of loose ends. Also, I have a feeling that this is all will ever see of this new galaxy…like I really feel like it’s a one and done and that is extremely unfortunate. Love the show thus far but this was the weakest episode in the series for me.
