Don't forget that Break Effect is also an important stat for DoT dealers: your Black Swan and Guinaifen builds could potentially benefit from these pieces. In fact, a lot of enemies I use DoT against are weak to both wind and fire, so a wind and fire team could make good use of them

this set can be used for every break scaling character in firefly team, and in the best firefly team which is ff/ruan mei/hmc and gallagher u can use this on every single character

The 6% speed seems unintentional to me. They wanted to make a planar set for FF who can always have fire weakness implant, wants speed and break effect. Other characters just happen to use it sometimes. It’s the principle of the design.

Belobog set isn't completely useless, its main problem is that, given it's a DEF % increase, those % increases only benefit characters who have a high enough base of that stat. If I'm building a team quickly and I have a support running Fleet of the Ageless, and I can't decide what relic set to put, sometimes I choose Belobog for Lynx or Tingyun, you don't lose _much_ by putting it on. But at the same time, a low-def character like Pela isn't going to get as much bang out of it as Gepard or March would. I primarily use it for Preservations, because the amount of HP the Shields has is oftentimes determined by DEF. But if I'm using one in PF, I usually equip a different set

might of been the worst relic release this game has had in its history. the break set favours firefly for no reason, they had to add the superbreak part just to make it better for firefly and worse for boothill. the followup set isnt even a followup set and is useless on every single unit we currently have in the game, no its bad on jing yuan since his ll is most of his dmg and duke is just much better since it will buff his ult by a lot too, its absolutely garbage on ratio since his ult deals no damage but ony his followups and no its not even a good set for jade, its worse than both duke and quantum since most of her dmg is her followup not her ult. The set is made for yunli who will come in 2.4 but even then they could of just made this an actual followup set for units that want to follow up often like topaz. the followup planar set is actually the only good one, it will be really good on every single followup unit like topaz, ratio, aventurine, clara so atleast 1 usable relic for people that didnt go for firefly. now about the break planar set, its just clear how much hoyo prefers firefly. They could of easily made the relic like: increase speed by 6%. if you attack an enemy with implanted weakness increase break effect by 40%. that way it would still be fireflys bis but also bis for boothill and work on gallagher/ruan/hmc in both break teams it would even work on break silverwolf, but the way the set works now its just not worth to farm for boothill nor any of the supports since you cannot guarantee the weakness unless you use firefly. Sure you could farm 3 of them incase there is a stage weak to fire where u can run boothill but its just unnecessary firefly favoritism.
