I've been there God is enough everything that depressed you is powerless in your purpose you are greater then any dark thoughts but you need to remember you are not alone in those thoughts God crys with u because he doesn't want that for u.

God gave me the same revelation when I decided to change from being a nurse to studying to become a teacher. Im a nurse who quit 1000 times in my head but God got me through it because that's one of the ministries He called me to. Apply for nursing school girl !! You got this, no God got this!! Im proof of it !

I have always felt god as called me to serve through nursing. If it wasn’t for constant prayer and asking for his help before every exam I wouldn’t have what it took to study to form groups, or to even find a lesson in the exams that I failed. I never even asked him to restore my marriage I was praying to help me get through divorce. when I though it was over he kept it coming, when I thought I was defeated he kept me going.....I never asked but he had a purpose for my marriage beyond my imagination. Praise the lord.

Thankyoufor renewing Lost hope of reconciliation in his "get it done, NOW" mind. I believe GoD never intended for me to be allowed to have Instant Gratification. Instant gratification only comes from KnOWing you are loved by the Good God 🙏 😇❤️ of Our Universe, no matter what you have DONE. Always remember where you "came to believe". It's so very important that you do know ,Now and How you came into the Truth that holds everything in POWERfull Hands of revelation to me, too. I'm a survivor because I gave it away with no thought of return. When a gift is GIVEN, there's nothing else to do but to give it AWAY to the ONE that holds everything with TRUE LOVE. GoD knows!

i picked up and moved to Montgomery Alabama from Philly to take a travel nurse assignment, I did't ask, I obeyed . God has given the knowledge, faith, and wisdom to heal the sick just like my Mentor, Jesus did. This trip has restored my confidence and provided my the opportunity to pray, cry, and love the sick . My God is an amazing, powerful, loving God.

This is exactly what i needed to hear at this moment. I came to a spiritual block and I felt unworthy of God’s grace and I thought to myself “who am I to ask God for anything” i felt in no position to ask God for anything because I felt like a hypocrite and undeserving of Gods help. This message was exactly what i needed to hear. I thank the Lord for opening my eyes to a new perspective. I know now that i will never stop asking questions, I will never stop asking God. I feel relief in knowing that I am in a position to ask because i am a child of God. I pray for this church and the Furtick’s ministry, may they prosper in the Lord and always receive the powerful word of God to spread out into the world. God bless Elevation church, God bless the Furtick family, God bless all those who invest their time and energy into this ministry for the love of our savior. Your message touched my heart so... I know the feeling. I’m there too, not even sure of what should I be praying for. Feeling so overwhelmed that my mind is all over the place. Feeling so much guilt and shame for making the same mistakes over and over. And feel unworthy of asking God to help and save me. Praying for you to find strength and love and peace in the presence of the most high God. And that if you ever doubt for the Holy Spirit to remind you that Gods love has no limits and His a good good father to ask anything anytime

I ask God, my one and only Highest POWER the Holy Spirit and the Son to belong to the ❤️🙏😇 Hearts and Family of the community of our Home. Where ever it takes me. I ask that The One and Only Power of the 🌟 Universe delivers him into a future with no doubt. I ask that He that doubt$ to be held up and lifted out of painful consequence with a mission trip. To remove the prison walls of the 🌟 a limited Universe that $urrounds, in order to believe that the only answer is Love! 🤣 Thank you Steven for your enlightened lightening *words* that lifts US, from our hurts to the Highest POWER and continued.......

I watch you all the time. Your word always touches me right where I’m at. But this one, it was just for me. You have no idea the thing that I was struggling with, and I too said “don’t tell me to pray about it, I’ve already done that” but when you asked your son for the $260. That hit me so hard. So thank you so much for sharing the word God gave you

Does anybody else feel the pressure of living a question than a comment this week? This wasn't the sermon I wanted to hear to be honest. Such a long waiting season and all I really wanted was answers. But in the midst of the pain and doubt and I'm choosing to lean-in to not only listen for the Lord's questions but to also keep asking Him. This message is so powerful I feel like God really met me where I was. Just to really make sure I flip the bag this week, I'll end with 3 questions I stole from King Jehoshaphat. Are You not our God in Heaven who rules over all the Kingdoms of the nations? Did You not drive out inhabitants of this land before Your people to give to the descendants of Your friend Abraham? Heavenly Father, will You not do the same for me and get me through this season?

I’m watching from Milpitas, CA .. I’m requesting prayer over my relationship with my children. I’ve been in and out of prison most of all my adult life and have deprived them of a dad. I’ve been out of prison now for 4 years but it’s still all so fresh to them. I just need Jehovahs strength to get the this 🙏🏼

Thank you, Pastor Steven, I receive it! Thank you! okay, so I'm a preacher's daughter (don't hold that against me) and I'm 56 yrs old. I've never wanted to tithe, I felt like being a musician was 'enough'. But since I started with Elevation 3 years ago, I tithe, and the Lord has done some AMAZING things in my life these last 3 years. Did I ask? I could not have even thought to ask, or imagine, what God had in store for me. Thank you for allowing me to be a very, very small part of Elevation. I love being on the Prayer team! I love leading an eGroup! Did I even ask for any of this?! No way! 3 years ago, I thought my life was over, and there'd never be a time when I would want to get involved with a church, other than Sunday mornings. Then I found Elevation Online. okay, so at first, I thought saying 'worship experience' was kind of odd. But.... 3 years later? Every week, the worship experience is beyond amazing (and I use that word 'amazing' to include every definition and synonym!). Your sermons have been a light for me in some hard moments these last 3 years. Pastor Steven, no doubt we will never meet here on earth. But, I just want you to know-- You have blessed me and I have learned more, and grown more, in the last 3 years under your preaching. Thank you. Be Blessed, safe, and protected.

Sometimes we really really need to lean on God and learn to remember our place in him and God taught me that through this sermon. "Did I Ask?" is one of my favorite sermons of pastor Steven and I keep listening to it every now and then to keep reminding myself that God is in control of my life and I need to start asking him better questions! I hope that is brings you a little hope and may God bless you and strengthen you as you surrender everything into His mighty hands. God bless you!

Hello from California!!! I love this body of Christ and am grateful to the Lord for Elevation Church & Worship. I feel GOD speaks directly to me through Pastor Steve. I found this church while in a treatment program for 3 months... I have a testimony and Pastor Steve and the worship music helped me get through one of the toughest times in my life. I'm so excited to continue worshiping now that I've been home for 8 days now. Please pray for my continued sobriety... the enemy has been trying to trip me up, but the Lord has been blessing me for my obedience. Much love fam!

Congrats for taking the first step! I’ve been through 4 treatment centers and couldn’t stay clean until praying was my first option for everything, not a last ditch attempt. He will bring you through it! It get easier the longer you go. I just hit 2 years sober

Sandra,am so amazed.I can't explain this transition since 10th march,I lost my job,everything upside down,Daddy gone to be with the Lord and me so confused about everything like Did I ask for this Lord?But God god's glory manifested out of no where,He answered a prayer request i even forgot i once asked Him.I am so over whelmed and I have realised that sometimes God's blessing may be heavy.And some blessings will come with battles yet God will always be with each one of us through it all,and hold us by our right hand,guide us by his counsel and afterwards bless us beyond our level to tolerate the pressure ,and take us into glory😊!
