@@jackcloud4728 read it in 2 sittings. First half is fun stories and solid insight. The second part is still interesting but much more clinical and it demonstrates Hask’s character off the pitch. Not going to lie, he is a very good at demonstrating his beliefs and on a social and political level, he is what is needed in so many areas.

James...loved the book, loved you didn’t go over childhood etc...went straight into what I wanted to hear.....STORIES! Hopefully you put another one out soon I also love your vlogs, hopefully you might start them again?!

He has intense mental health struggles tied in with his OCD. He talked about wanting to commit suicide at times.

@@jamorfati Since nobody has answered you in 10 months - he's talking about Christophe Dominici who commited suicide in 2020. Ben was his teammate and it's linked to Wilko because Jonny has come out publicly to speak about his struggles with anxiety and mental health issues.
