Thank you doctor for this informative video, I would like to ask you please about your thoughts about the surgical training in Germany, for example cardio thoracic surgery for what I heard it’s hard to find a good mentor that’s willing to train junior doctors and the training programs in not well structured could you please tell me your opinion about that Thank you

I am an engineer and studying masters in Austria . I don't go around telling everyone I am an engineer nor do I right my title in my name. But still Austrians have treated me as individual with basic rights and respect most of the time. Which I did not get in India. I wouldn't say race never plays a role, every race is weary of other race. It inherent. BUT, Germans do value your individual rights, private time, skill and Effort which minimise the effect of race insignificant.

yes, they are very polite, nevertheless there are some elements of radical who are racist. They don’t like seeing working-hard foreigner living and taking their potential. But they are very small scattered north,south and east of Germany.
