The more he's in a place to fight for podiums, the better he'll get at it. You know, that little thing that drivers gather called experience? Anyway, to further pop your little bubble of senselessness, Russell grabbed many podiums in 2022 and even won Mercedes' only victory so far in this new reg cycle. He is capable, he is very fast and he'll continue to get better. Right now the F1 grid is perhaps the most packed with young talent it has ever been, with Russell, Leclerc, Norris, Piastri and of course Max Verstappen.

Lewis Hamilton made one big mistake this year. Why? By letting Mercedes know he was leaving at the end of the year. I would have kept my mouth until about the summer break .
