Did Minecraft Just Confirm A 4th Dimension?!? (good news)

There's a chance that Minecraft / Mojang might have just hinted on adding a new dimension in the new 1.19 update. Here are some of the evidence of what we know on how we could finally be getting a new portal that could lead to another world, a deep and dark world...
Some of the evidence i used is the Warden, the new disc 5, minecraft live 2021, and the reinforced deep slate surrounding the portal in the ancient city.
I do wanna say they could also just be hinting at lore that there USE to being a dimension built by an ancient civilization of builders (something Mat Pat game theory theorized about and Mojang confirmed). But regardless, this either use to be or is going to be a portal.

I do wanna say they could also just be hinting at lore that there USE to being a dimension built by an ancient civilization of builders (something Mat Pat game theory theorized about and Mojang confirmed). But regardless it’s all still really cool. And I hope you enjoyed the vid :)

reainforce deepslate stronger 10% than obi, the hardness of it was 55, and obi was 50, the 82.28 sec to mine because it was unaffected by the level of the tools

My thought, is that some of the ancient builders didn't go through The End portal, and when their friends didn't return, they tried to make another portal to try and bring them back. The portal we see now is closed, and until Mojang figures out what will be revealed for this structure, we're gonna have to speculate for now.

The reinforced deepslate is not made of sculk, so i think the dimension inside of the portal is about sculk, and if you see the texture of the end portal frame, the colours are te same of sculk, that means that the ancient city was build before the stronghold

If that's true, and the builders are there, I would love to see it with the builders' descendents as sort of villager-type npc's that we can trade with, maybe even talk to. Maybe even wage wars against them, they would have a chance because they lived in the nether for a long time, so they would prob have tons of netherite gear

For those who said that Warden may be way too strong, i just wanna said. He didn't create for being defeated XD he being created for be avoiding. I’m curious to those who are proud of “cheesing” the Warden - since there are no significant rewards or benefits to get (the drops are not worth the trouble and it doesn’t count to the hostile mob kill advancement), and when you do kill them after burning through your Golden Apple’s stash, an unexpected bad move and it instantly spawns again as if nothings happened… as if avoiding it was the intended method of dealing with it the whole time.

I really think they should add another end update. Its been years since the last end update. And mojang sad they would only add a new dimension once *all* of the other ones were updated. Does 1.9 really count as the end being 'updated'? I think not. We could see so many cool end updates.

They said once that the End will get it's much needed love; but that the End is literally, the end as it's a really end game thing for a casual player and focusing on the important parts first is their goal.

Theory: Sculk is something special it’s not just another dimension to be explored, it’s a creature of its own. The sculk only spreads when creatures or entities are killed near it, and it converts the blocks into sculk. Suggesting it feeds on the life force (Exp of other mobs). There is no doubt in my mind that it’s from another dimension however this substance is not just existing in the overworld. It is consuming the overworld, this dimension in essential slowly hunting and killing the overworld. It is a parasitic realm seeking to spread and ingulf our own, and like most living things it has a means to defend itself aka the Warden. The Warden is merely the sculks self-defense mechanism and a form of feeding itself. The souls in in its chest are the mobs the sculk consumes, reused into a type of energy that gives life to the warden. Now although this is all very scary there is one important thing to keep in mind. To the luck of the overworld these sculk growths appeared underground in caves places were there is very little to feed its growth. It would take a long period of time for sculk to spread to from a cave system to the surface. This does present players with the opportunity to find these sculk breaches and eliminate them. That is if they can bring down the warden first…. (Sorry about all the text I get really into this stuff o-0).

I saw a part of Philza's stream where he said that it will probably be the Skylands (Aether) dimension. It actually fits very well. One other interesting thing is the end portal frames have the end stone colors (2:48) and the reinforced deepslate sort of has that same color, but like older looking/slightly worn down color

I'm led to believe that the portal will do something in the future after we have an end update. When you look at the resemblance between the colors of the sculk and compare them to the colors of both end stone and the portal part of the end portal you jump through, it seems almost certain that the deep dark is linked to the end. If you ask me, we're in the beginning stage of an end update.

It could have been an earlier design for the Ancient people who made the End portal experimenting with ways to get there... that could actually explain a lot about the cities, especially if it was uh... a failed attempt

The center structure is called "City Center" but there is another structure, a mini version, which is called "Mini Portal Statue"

I do have a small theory: The deep dark is ment to link the overworld to the end, the warden is ment to be like the enderman but not like the enderman, and one of the cave sounds is the static one, and you can hear that sound when near by an enderman sometimes, in disc 5, there is the sound of an unknown creature, it might be the sound of an endersent, they sound very similar, maybe the portal is a one way portal to exit an unknown dimension that was used to lock up the endersent and the only way to free it from its prison dimension is from the portal in the deep dark, maybe that’s what the warden is protecting, after all, the word warden means someone or something responsible to supervise, so maybe the warden is supervising the portal, making sure that what ever is in there which might be the endersent stays there and doesn’t come out.

My Idea for a Dimension would be: - Sculk Catalysts working like Grass Blocks and the Bone-Like part of the Catalyst working like Dirt. Those just work well together. - Lots of Sculk Shriekers and Sensors. - Variants of Mobs like Zombies, Skeletons, Creepers and Spiders but Sculk-ey - New Structure, maybe even new Loot. - New Boss (Every Dimension gets a Boss, the Nether has the Wither, the End has the Ender Dragon, and the overworld being exclusive without bosses) Also, my theory is that you would light the Portal with Soul Fire. Maybe a Echo Shard variant of the Flint and Steel that makes Soul Fire...

@@discord4039 Technically not a boss... MineCraft considers a Boss a Mob with lots of health, a health bar, new mechanic, more than 1 Attack and (probably by now) it's own dimension. Ender Dragon can Charge the Player and Throw Dragon's Breath at you. Whilr being Regenerated by the End Crystals. The Wither can Charge the Player and Throw Wither Skulls at you. While also summoning Wither Skeletons. While the Elder Guardian doesn't even gets a Health Bar and can only Beam the Player to death (and if you say the "Thorns in his body" is an Attack, i would have to consider the Dragon Throwing the Player in the Air and the Wither Explosion also as an Attack) I think mobs like Piglin Brutes and Evokers fall in the same category as the Elder Guardian. + Elder Guardian is not considered a boss in Mobestiary, and i know this because i own one

Honestly one other thing that makes me CONVINCED it's gonna be some kind of new dimension is the loot distrubution. Let's be honest, nobody's gonna risk dying to a Warden and losing their hardcore world (or even wasting time in survival) for an underground city with okay-ish loot. Same could be said for the End stronghold... It has okay loot, but no one goes to the stronghold for the loot. People go there for the End portal. Same could be the case here - what if the new "death compass" will eventually have to be crafted with something else so that it can point towards the location of the underground city (like ender eyes) and then we can enter another dimension there? Maybe I'm just making stuff up to hype myself up, but I really hope we get a new dimension with a pretty big risk factor (the Warden) defending it.

Honestly I don't think the deep dark city portal will lead to a new dimension but a biome deep down in the end where the void is the sky and the skulks are growing/maturing before some sort of gatherer that kinda looks like a warden will take them through a portal and put them somewhere while trying to hide from the player in some way

If I'm going to be fair about this I'm going to say if Mojang dose add a new dimension its going to be unrelated to the skulk and the Warden and I think that structure that looks like that were a portal might be, is a big giant troll the developers put in there for people that want to find the lore of Minecraft to speculate on... but who knows what the 4th dimension might be and I might be wrong for all I know but hey great vid man.👍

i think you forgot to mention you could break reinforced deepslate with your fist, but at the same time i dont remember if the timer is increased if you do it with your fix rather then a tool or not; it could of been updated at some point but it used to be the same

I think what he was referring to by the structure in the center, is the secret room under it which can be triggered by standing on a specific block which triggers a sculk sensor that opens a door.

I feel like they are hinting towards the reenforced deepslate being used to block off the portal, kinda a stretch but think about it the most powerful breakable block being surrounded around a what is hinting to be a portal, and of course the warden is there to make sure you don’t screw it all up

I guess it might lead to the dimension the builders of the Ancient Cities come from, maybe the dimension would be filled with ancient cities that still have their inhabitants, maybe their wardens are even their defense mechanism. maybe they are hostile, maybe not, if they are hostile you might need to fight them to find chests (or probably a dimension specific chest-like item) that are filled with cool new items. If they aren't hostile you could trade with them for the new items.

Cool vid got my brain juice flowin' -- I'm thinking Sculk sensor placement! New music disk to operate a vibrational vortex that the ancient city builders created expecting to reach the Nether it caused such a disturbance it shook the entire Minecraft SEED, dust and debris extinguishing the torches and lanterns, sinking the cavernous space into a "deep dark" and what they didn't expect was the Warden to step through the mega portal and began destroying the city, people and portal who were just not prepared for its sheer strength nor its ability to warp back and forth into its dimension, and now the world SEED with begin to turn to skulk ... the only way to stop it is to reach beyond the portal and enter the realm of the Wardens, the only true place to destroy it and stop the skulk from destroying the rot of the World SEED! Minecraft is great. Whatever happens I'm looking forward to it anyway... and will it be in 1.19 and they keeping shush until release or will it be later updates, only Mojang know. I think that this is a portal but with the wardens name being the warden it is most likely some entity meant to wait her protect the portal to keep others from entering or to keep other from lighting it and setting something dangerous free

I just noticed something- We already have Pigstep from the Nether and Samuel Aberg - 5 (Possibly from the supposed new demension from what I know), does that mean we'll be getting a disk from the End as well?

I feel like thinking that this portal is hinting at a new dimension is missing the point. The sculk is is pretty obviously coming out of the portal, the audio plays the warden roar after the portal was opened show that the sculk came from a different dimension, one the people of the ancient city tried to open to but instead of going in they brought something out of it. So it isn't a dimension that we would ever be able to explore anytime soon.

hey KIddy! I have a challenge idea 😈 Why dont you make minecraft... but its always midnight... so mobs spawn twice as fast, as well as having better armor and status effects. Along with that a Warden will spawn near the end portal AND in warped forests. Now thats a challenge!

Im on the fence about this because im not sure if skulked reinforced blocks would ruin the portal, it’d probably be inconvenient to have to make them also a portal block so I dont think its a portal

Reinforced deep slate has the same square on top of it as end portal frames do.

They said a new dimension would only be added after the 3 first ones are updated, but the end and the overworlds biomes doesn't feel updated enough yet, so it might take some time

They've already said the overworld and Nether are completed, its just the End left. 1.20 is probably going to be the End Update.

Yooo the new portal looking block looks kinda like netherite armor if you look close enough but just a different outline and maybe there will be more netherite stuff like bow. Tridant. Crossbow. Or just normal items like flint and steal or something but idk I'm just opening my mind to more epic stuff but for damn sure that new block structure is a portal and I already knew it before I saw the Minecraft exploit about the block portal thing and somehow all the chests down there are all OP. I found 2 enchanted apples in 2 different chests like what
