Arguably just as wasteful if not more coupled with it will lose its point far sooner than advertised if not without a sharper defeating the point of reducing such waste. I recommend an engineers/architects mechanical pencil, combines the elegance of this design with the utility and waste reduction of a mechanical pencil coupled with the added benefit of also retracting like typical ball point pens.
One thing I'd like would be an eraser that dosent leave rubber.

Despite its alloy core, the metal pencil can be easily erased with an ordinary rubber eraser, just like a regular pencil. This makes it a convenient tool for all your writing and drawing needs. Moreover, the metal pencil is ideal for watercolor paintings and illustrations, as it doesn't bleed through when used with water or water-based markers. This makes it the perfect companion for artists who love to experiment with different media.

I have a lead holder, which is basically a mechanical pencil with lead as thick as a wooden pencil's. Because it uses a 2mm drop clutch mechanism, I can put anything I want in it... As long as it's round, and roughly 2mm in diameter. Meaning I can use graphite, pen refills, those disc stylus tips, and even silver solder in there... Which basically is the same thing as most of these types of "pens", as it is a metal soft enough to rub off onto paper. And would easily last longer than any pencil or pen out there.

I think the deal with this pencil is that you can buy extra tips for it so you can change when it is over.. Tips are much cheaper and in the long run, it costs only a little bit more than using regular pencils.

There's a thing called "metal pointing," it is usually silver or gold, but it is similar in use and has been used since antiquity. It's a pretty neat art form, and this utensil seems cool too😊

silverpoint is great, no erasing, just paint more ground over your mistakes like white out.
@NoriMori199211 ай бұрын
Can you elaborate further?
@sylterran11 ай бұрын
@@NoriMori1992 sure! Metal pointing is a technique to draw lines on materials as vellum, paper, etc with small pieces of gold, silver or other metals. Examples can be found on KZfaq demonstrating " metal pointing" Leonardo da Vinci, Albrecht Dürer, Jan Van Eyck, and Hans Holbein can be sited for using it for either the art/ sketch itself or under drawings or sketches. This was used before pencils as we know them were used, and an alternative to ink.
