it looks good SJM good 👍🏽 I think you should be collecting the seeds in the veggies after washing the the ones you are going to cook dry seeds in sun or dry area ready for next time for planting dont crush seeds with blender I don't know how often you got electric supplies for the ones you want to be frozen it's good idea too or cut dry some of it in sun and grind it into powder and seal it tight don't expose it to damp❤ the rest of it you can sell if that is what choose to do with it
