That is an O.P.P. badge which stands for Ontario Provincial Police (Canada). There are several dates given as to when the band acquired 4 of these patches as gifts in either 1964, 1965 or 1966. Also, Sgt. Randall Pepper (Ontario Provincial Police) is where the album name comes from. He worked security detail for them in Toronto in 1966. The John Halliday video is very interesting as is Miles Mathis take on all this.

I know for a fact Paul died in 1966 ,and Billy Shepherd replaced him .I am now retired but i had been researching PID for over 40 + years , i had 4 top PID research groups known world wide , been in touch with top PID researchers , lawyers doctors ,authors who have written top selling books on PID , people who worked close with the Beatles themselves who were apart of their inner circle . Can you imagine the 4 of them saying to each other, let's all grow moustaches, that would be so cool? No way on Earth all 4 grew moustaches because they thought it was a cool thing to do nor by coincidence. It was done because Faul had to hide surgery scars, they thought he might stand out with a moustache but if all 4 of them grew moustaches, he wouldn't stand out. At the time, or at any time, the 4 of them copying each other with moustaches would have been considered as 'uncool' as it gets. Some of the photos right after 1966 show someone who looks much different than Paul. Over time and countless surgeries they made the replacement look similar to Paul, but in the beginning it was way obvious that it wasn't Paul. Faul even wore fake rubber ears for a while, until they could make them look like Paul's ears by way of surgery. The hair part is a clear giveaway. Paul always had his part on his left side, Faul never had his part on his left, it was always in the middle or on his right. If your part is on one side for 25 years or so, just try to switch it and your hair won't cooperate very well. Faul's head is 'taller', Paul had a smaller, more pudgy looking face, Faul is a couple inches taller and so on.

A person can comb and comb and comb to part the hair differently, but when it grows long and shaggy it will part where the skull determines. There are 2 pieces of evidence that are beyond debate, tho....the different blood types and non matching fingerprints....while in Germany in '61 Paul was arrested and also got a gal pregnate. His prints were on file for the arrest and blood type for paternity. He actually offered and gave the gal financial support....when arrested years later in Japan i believe, the prints taken during booking did NOT match those on record. Apparently Japan thought he was a possible lookalike spy, it got real tense....also i believe around 2000, Paul was contacted by the daughter who asked for financial assistance for something. He declined and it let to a blow up and paternity suit. When he did a blood test, it wasnt the same blood type that was on record. Again a tense situation as the court thought he sent a look a like to take the test so it wouldnt match, which it did not. I didn't believe he died. It didn't make sense that his whole family would have kept quiet. Until a couple of weeks ago I looked into it more and discovered that he only had one brother and their father. The Beetles manager had a bad reputation for being one of the mob. If he and others wanted to keep the band going it would have been easy to threaten the father that his other, only remaining son would be targeted and threaten his brother their father would wind up dead. They would have kept quiet to save one another. The more I went into it the more I found by way of photographs which were supposed to be him but there were differences. Not only one other 'double'. I suspect the man who acts his part now might be a Paul Shepherd. How can one Paul be a very different height to another? Add to that his apparent reluctance to sign autographs. According to MSM this is only since circa 2008. However, reportedly, years ago he took the piss out of Phil Collins in front of others, when Phil asked him to sign an original LP and he didn't autograph it. This might have been that the replacement Paul has a different autograph to the real Paul. That said, if as is said the group were being misused for political purposes, Paul might have simply wanted out and may not have died. Or he might not have wanted to become that big and have his time and effort taken up for years by being in a band. Paul singing "Long Tall Salley" with such intensity that the big vein under his left jaw is pumping as he's screaming and violently shaking his head mostly filmed from his left side and you can see the movement of his jowls even back then. Fast forward through the years to EVERY interview on film which includes much of his left profile as that vein (and jowls) becomes more pronounced as time progresses. It's huge now as are both of his 70 year old jowls . Fast forward again--2022 Paul performing live in his "Got Back World Tour" with extensive left profile filmed showing the same big vein, jowls, eyes, smile, hair, singing, everything. That is the same guy in the interviews for 58 yrs easily documented as natural age progresses. The guy in the interviews all these years was the same guy in Australia singing his guts out in 1964. And on the "Got Back" tour this year. Same guy. No clones, no plastic surgery. Same guy. Yes John said they always created "subliminal messages".
