Thank you for serving the Lord by praying for others. He is working through you to pray for me. I have no pity for myself, but it is not easy when one is in a situation where there is NOTHING one can do other than one's best, & wait actively for God to intervene. 🤗

I think God gives people the opportunity to change their own path by showing them where they might end up if they keep doing what they are doing…I don’t think Gods plan changes, I think He changes our plan…I believe He knew by letting hezekiah know what was going to happen what hezekiah was going to pray for…

Yes I agree- God doesn’t change but He has changed me. Little by little. I now am 100%sold out to Jesus. My heart & trust is where it should have been all along. I can’t change the bad things I’ve done BUT GOD are the best 2 words in the Bible to me. I’m praying this morning for extended life in Jesus Christ my Savior, my Redeemer, my Provider, Protector & Healer. I want to never feel seperated from Him & His Presence again. No Never

God could've simply healed Hezekiah and let him live those 15 year, without telling him anything. The reason God did tell him, is to teach us to not pray whiny crybaby prayers, because God has a soft heart and may just give you what you're crying for.

No, he did not. It was by sovereign grace alone that God moved to intervene in the life of the king. You will note how the king bowed his head in worship & adoration to God, & through pray of confession & true repentance, God of mercy & love stepped into the kings life by fifteen years.

Generational curses are still real. The finished work on the cross is complete. But the application is still needed. Many of us carry demons and curses because we don’t know how to administer and apply the finished work of Jesus. We like to read and believe in the written word but we fail to apply the word by the Spirit of the Lord. Consider when the disciples couldn’t cast out demons… Jesus was present and could heal and drive out demons but there was a process to receive and to administer the healing by laying of hands and or causing the demons to manifest and be exposed in order to drive them out. No where in the Bible does it say demons and curses suddenly just leave a believer upon salvation. There’s still a sanctification process by which we need to apply to our lives.
