Join us on an unforgettable off-road journey! Dean took a break from the daily grind, rallying the crew for an adrenaline-pumping 4x4 adventure to Glasshouse Mountains in South East Queensland Australia. Special guest Lindsay showcased his sleek, newly built black Ford F250, equipped with the cutting-edge Carli E-Venture setup, Baja LED Lights, Big Dog Builds Accessory Rack and some Fuel Wheels wrapped in 35" Toyo Tyres.
Starting at the scenic Glasshouse Mountains lookout, we teamed up with two local legends, Jeff & Nathan from ‪@DoitintheDirt74‬ . With Jeff's modded Jeep Wrangler and Nathan's capable GQ Patrol, we knew we were in for a treat.
Our journey led us from Big Red carpark to the wild trails aiming for Tower Hill. The F250, or as we like to call it, the "F-truck", showcased its prowess, navigating wombat holes and challenging terrains with ease. But every adventure has its hurdles. A sudden tyre mishap put the F-truck to the test and we ended up in a precarious position inches away from the wall. The team's quick thinking and Jeff's powerful Jeep winch meant a safe recovery was sucessful.
As the sun cast its golden hue, we continued our trek, witnessing the F-truck's unmatched capability, especially its impressive flex with the E-Venture kit and Carli Long Travel rear leaf spring setup. The day concluded with a serene sunset view atop the hill, overlooking the majestic Glasshouse Mountains.
