HOLLA HOLLA HOLLA! It's time for a new MyGM series! This time we'll be taking the reigns of Smackdown with Teddy Long leading the charge. As always, were adding some extra challenges to make this even harder. Here are the additional challenges we've added:
- 1 power card per week
- $500K cap penalty
- 5 local talent on roster at all times
- Complete EVERY commissioner and season challenge.

Penalty could be losing the homecoming card or you have to throw away 100K in cash. Just spend it on superstars to release or keep track mentally of the total. I think starting over completely is a bit harsh for missing one. If you miss another one then that could be the penalty. Makes it more impactful

I actually had it pointed out that this is the second offence. So I think I have to restart. That's what makes these challenges so difficult.

No one else I watch is doing extreme difficulty. Rock was a great pick-up and then Braden, some seriously good fortune there! That triple threat was the bomb! Let's go Braden😉 Appreciate ya Mac, keep rockin'!

I think you can do one restart just because it’s early, but after this one (hoping for a Smackdown restart with undertaker again) you need to play it for a few seasons and hopefully to end gm trophies, especially if it’s a close one with the brands, definitely feeling like waaaayyyyyy too many restarts and different runs with too many Gm’s all over the place

That's exactly what were doing. It's restart with Teddy, Smackdown, The Undertaker and all the same rules!

Feels harsh to restart for missing a run in when it wouldn't have been hard to do/impacted anything, but I respect it. Got to bring The Rock back next time though, it is his show after all.

I actually had it pointed out that in week 5 I didn't complete the goal either. classic book your least popular giant and then signed a less popular giant and didn't book them lol. Gotta stay focused to beat this.

i have an idea for your next challenge ....you roll a W20 dice (or a random 20 roll on pc) and the number is for the year of the last 20 years of WWE ...so from the year 2004 till now so when you roll maybe 7 your year will be 2013 ...your only alowed to sign superstars who where actually on this year in this roster ....your end goal is to complete the season in the most possible accurad copy from the original roster for the year you rolled .....champions stables etc

It's costly, but steel cages are a good way to eliminate rivalries especially if you don't think you can stretch it out to the next PLE

Our research subject is currently doing an Impossible Challenge similar to the challenge you did before this one, but his is going 4 seasons or 10 trophies, whichever comes first.

@@mackenzierants The research subject is in Season 2 so far. We're about to upload footage of his weeks 6-10. He seems to be in last place unless he's got more GM trophies.

The series is feeling rushed. The new patch really buffed the difficulty. Maybe consider doing wks 1-3 and 4-5 in separate episodes. Keep them at an hour, but spend more time per week. And the power cards are hurting a lot! This is definitely the hardest GM challenge that I’ve ever watched. Keep it up, brother!!

@@brianarmstrong6426 It's funny, I was going to ask that going forward, should I break the PLE stretch into two episodes. I'll try one more, and if it's this long again maybe I'll change it up. Also...This was the second commissioner goal I missed...So I think we have to start it up again. They are challenges for a reason haha. Thanks again for the Jordan Oliver CAW!

@@mackenzierants do you prefer to do challenges only? I’m a fan of the slow play, story development. I may be alone there. Either way, you’re welcome for JO. Use him in all of your challenges. Same with the other CAWs. Let them be your Pete Dunn/Dominik!

And if you focus on the Giant/Cruiser matchups, it will help with match quality. That’s a 5 star matchup regardless of POP or XP.

I liked the video today, I wish Undertaker had won but there's always a next one, I also thought you were going to have a rivalry between Undertaker and the rock but let's see how that plays out

I would say punishment would be to release your most popular superstar, it makes it fair, however not killing you entirely.

I’m pretty sure it only matters when it actually says ‘stale’ if it currently doesn’t that week then it’s fine, I could be wrong tho

Penalty can be lose your most popular star for a certain amount of time or for next ple. Or just lose them completely

100% but the money penalty was real there. Cage matches are so expensive. But you're absolutely right, that could have been an option.

@@mackenzierants ah ok well I have a unique punishment that you can try or not, like the next time you forget something that Triple H asks you to do you have to release a wrestler, you can make it the wrestler with the least stamina at that time or whatever, I know someone who did a My GM Mode for 2K 23 and he added a stipulation where he was forced to release 1 wrestler each week

Maybe if I really struggle and need multiple restarts, I'll give myself a pass. But for now, I'm going to restart it and try to accomplish every commissioner and season challenge! Thanks for the comment!
