No one has ever really died and come back. Someone is only technically dead when all brain activity and functions completely cease, there is no coming back from that and no one has ever some back to tell it because they are either in torment or paradise with Christ. What you would have experienced was heart failure or something similar and they resuscitated you before you body or brain shut down so you never died.

​@pee8338 where in scripture does it say that we go to heaven or hell after death because scripture points to the grave till Jesus returns then at a certain point, we get judged then live in the kingdom or go to hell, even the bible doesn't point to eternal torment it, it points to our souls being consumed. Not much detail in the bible on the fiery pit but we could have different lengths of torment, some think our time in the pit is due to the amount of sinning we done in this live. I'm not sure about that part because as I said, the scriptures doesn't speak much on it but ive never seen any conclusion on direct judgment after death, it come after christ returns. So we return to the grave waiting judgement and the resurrection when christ returns

Its literally written in the 4th commandment forever as a time stamp to a specific 7th day sabbath memorial. if the 15th of that month was a 7th day sabbath according to the creator, then the 22nd of that month and the 29th of that 1st month must have also been sabbaths. Remember, the book of Enoch tells us that every single month either has 29 or 30 days in it. Exodus chapter 16 tells us that Moses and the Israelite spoke with God on the 15th day on the 2nd month of the Exodus. The Israelite's complained that they wanted to eat meat. So God told Moses to tell the people, that at evening, he would send quail for meat, and the following day (which is the 16th day of the 2nd month) God would send manna. God said the manna would fall for 6 straight days, but on the 7th day it would not fall because this was to mark his sabbath. God said this would be a test to see if the Israelite's would obey his sabbath. Friends, if the 16th day of that month was the 1st day of the week, the first day the manna fell, then we can conclude that the day prior, the 15th, was a 7th day sabbath. Since the 15th was a sabbath, we can conclude that the 8th day was also a sabbath. Therefore the 22nd and 29th days of this 2nd month had to be 7th day sabbaths as well. The Book of Jubilees chapter 1 tells us that on the 16th day of the 3rd month during the Exodus, God spoke to Moses and the Israelite's on mount Sinai. Jubilees tells us this day was THE FEAST OF WEEKS. Which means the feast of weeks took place on the 16th day of the 3rd lunar month during the Exodus (side note: who hear follows this instruction :). Leviticus 23 tells us that the feast of weeks must take place on the day AFTER a 7th day sabbath. This means the 16th day of the 3rd month was the 1st day of the week. making the 15th day of the 3rd month during the Exodus a 7th day sabbath! Which means the 8th day of the 3rd month had to be a sabbath as well. Friends, this now makes 3 straight months where the sabbath takes place on the 8th, 15th, 22nd, and 29th days of the 3 months recorded in scripture referring to the Exodus. And remember, God said this was all a big test to see if the Israelite's would obey this sabbath count. Now for some unbiased simple math. If the last sabbath during the 1st month of the Exodus occurred on the 29th day (remember theres either 29 or 30 days in a Hebrew month per Enoch), and the next sabbath did not occur until the 8th day on the 2nd month, then how many days separated those two sabbaths? The answer depends on ho many days were in that 1st month. if there were 29 days, then 8 days separated the two sabbaths. if there was 30 days during the 1st month, then simple math tells us there were then 9 days that separated the two sabbaths! The exact same scenario plays out in the following month, once again the sabbath ending on the 29th day of the 2nd month was NOT 7 days apart from the sabbath that fell on the 8th day of the 3rd month! So the scriptural fact is that you can deny a luni-solar sabbath all you want, but the proof of scripture says that you are wrong. Scripture does not lie and our amazing father has given us a way to prove his true sabbath through the Torah, just as the Israelite's were taught to obey its count. Side note: Leviticus 23 tells us the Feast of Weeks is a moedim. Psalm 104:19 tells us that the moedim are appointed by the MOON. So what does the feast of Weeks command tell us to do? it tells us to count 7 complete weeks! Weeks according to what? According to the moon! Here scripture is testifying that the only possible way to calculate his week i according to the moon! Test everything my friends, the word of God reveals much!!!! Funfact: The books of 2nd Baruch an 4 Ezra undeniably show proof of a luni-solar sabbath just like the books I referenced from the Torah do. They can't share the reports with 99.99% of their colleagues because or they'll be labeled "quacks" and lose what they call "community integrity". According to the preface of the ESV everytime you read the word LORD in all capitals it's referring to the Tetragrammaton which is the Tetractys. This is exactly the mindset I was taught in seminary. There’s certainly interesting ideas there but in the end, the implication is exactly as you say: scripture is purely a product of human whim and imagination. And then there’s the topic of the eschatology, where the hundred plus scriptural chapters that directly address the end of the age are dismissed as allegorical metaphorical symbology that ends up meaning nothing in particular and provides no clarity on when and how this age of suffering, injustice and wickedness will finally come to an end. But the you start reading it plainly as it reads, starting with the Old Testament, and suddenly the climax and conclusion to the biblical narrative actually becomes quite clear and accessible despite some challenging passages that wont be contentedly understood until the time arrives...

This whole video is idiotic. Moses wasn't writing to people who believed in false gods, none of the old testament writers were, he/they were writing to the people of Israel. There is also the issue of taking the scripture and misinterpreting it to make this lesson. The scripture says you "were in eden" in one verse and then it says "you were on God's holy mountain" in another but it doesn't mean that they were the same place. In fact they couldn't have been the same place since mount Sinai is God's holy mountain and Eden was nowhere near it going by the rivers that ran through it. However the fact is that the reference to "God's holy mountain" is a metaphor it's not an actual mountain, it is a metaphor for a high place meaning that satan once occupied a high place in Heaven(the spiritual realm), a place close to God's throne.

I wish there was a Bible with annotations that had the differences on the sides and use the untranslated words in the text. For example to use metanoia instead of repent. a few episodes on The Naked Bible Podcast have this. This has been a major topic for me for personal reasons. My kids are heavily influenced by the world and one is an atheist, one is into something I have no name for but new age. And then there's one who is a Christian but she is very guarded when it comes to church. She feels judged and has no real desire to be around judgmental christians. They each have hard questions they want answers to. One thing I can say however is that the supernatural element being seen as nonexistent is a western idea. Im thinking that here in the USA, it's been a hidden thing to discredit the church. In recent years however, that is changing. The supernatural is a major topic among the younger crowd while the view of absolute truth is gone.
